Cut-to-size production - Import export

Customized cut-to-size or planed products. The finish can be raw sawn, planed or sanded. Wood species: All common European hardwood and softwood species as well as some North American wood species. Oak, beech, maple, cherry, ash, American walnut and European walnut are in stock as standard. Other types of wood can be procured at short notice.

Applicability: mainly used in fast food restaurants and grocery stores or pastry and confectionery shops. Production: they are manufactured 100% automated under strict food safety conditions. Personalization: they can be printed at the highest level of quality in up to 10 linear colors and/or polychromes, including the special ones: gold, metallic silver with ecological water-based ink for food contact. Print resolution can easily reach 300 dpi. Material: white virgin paper or natural kraft, or with a certain percentage of recycled fibers, various thicknesses (25-100 GSM), certified FSC, EarthCare, ISO9001, ISO14001. Also, the paper can be resistant to fats, waterproofed with paraffin or with a polyethylene layer. Sizes: We typically produce ten sizes that are "best sellers" in both the EU and US markets, but they can be cut to almost any size you need. Production capacity: more than 200 Tons annually.
