The form for the manufacture of the I-beams consists of a set of elements and is intended for the manufacture of post stressed bridge reinforced concrete beams of the type I-beams for purlins in the length range from 12m to 42m. The form is universal and can be supplemented with additional boards, tables, frames (bases), which allow expanding the range of lengths of manufactured beams up to 42 m.

Load capacity: 250 kN test load EN 124 when completely filled with concrete C 35/45 (EN 206). Material: Frame and cover made of steel plate, hot-dip galvanised. Features: Heavy duty sealed cover. Underside of cover reinforced with steel I-beam section. Robust steel mesh reinforcement. EPDM seal. Tapered design allows easy opening. Tuna TS-1 Series vehicle scales have a complete steel platform. They are mounted on the ground and can easily be climbed onto the scale with reinforced concrete ramps. It is the most preferred model. TS-1 series were classical over-floor scales called I beam system. IPE type steel is used on the platform. Top coating hair is 10 mm thick. In TS-1 series scales, between 4 and 10 units, each with a capacity of 30 tons, C4 class stainless steel CT-30t model domestic production load cells are used in OIML R60 standards.

H20 Timber beams TAVR are designated for application as a bearing element of wall formwork. The flanges are made of solid oriented wood, that helps the beam to have very high load-bearing capacity. Plywood web made of high-quality Northern coniferous trees has a width of 24 mm. Beams up to 3 meters long produced of undisturbed strip. For production beam over 3 meters long wall is interlocked with a quality longitudinal pin (3 cm). The web and flanges are fixed by glued mini-dovetail jointing. The beam surface was treated with a special yellow paint that made its surface weather resistant and all beams are supplied with plastic caps that helps to protect them from damages and prolong it`s service life.
