Metal In Ltd have two punching machines – TRUMPH and Raskin and two CNC bending machines TRUMPH. This allow us to produce punching details with maximum sizes 1250x2500 mm and maximum thickness 4 mm. Machines are with maximum length 3000 mm and power 120 tones. We also have eccentric presss machines with maximum power of kick 160 tones and hydraulic presses with maximum power 100 tones. We have our own production of punching and bending instruments. The company have three roller bending machines for sheet iron, profiles and tubes. Except upper mentioned operations we also make MIG-MAG and WIG welding, cleaning and powder coating.

The new CNC milling machines with vertical center with 3 and 5 axis machines give us a possibility to produce complex details with excellent quality. We work usual steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, brass. The maximum dimension of detail is 1200x600x600 mm, by 5 axis work ф320 mm. The maximum weight of the product is 1000 kg. The company possess universal milling machines, which are used for production of details with small series, repair of instruments, producing of single pieces

With modern turning CNC machine we can offer quality production of big variety of details. All the sockets on the turret have milling functions: оne machine has two spindles and the other has a fourth Y axis. Тhe maximum diameter at work with bar-appearing deviceis ф60 mm. The maximum diameter of the work detail is 380 mm. The maximum length of the work detail – 700 mm.We also have CNC turning machines equipped with devices for the filing of rods with length 3000 mm hydro bar and maximum diameter ф42 mm. We also have a universal turning machines for producing of details with bigger capacity and smaller series.

Depods hand harvested pods. Machine formed primarily from two concentric drums comprising 12 bats on the inner drum and 16 counter bats on the outer drum. Production with Material (Manufacturing) : Our company provides the material needed for the manufacturing of the requested part. After engraving and doing quality control in accordance with the technical drawing measurements, our company ships the buying company the product with final reports. ⦁ Production without Material (Engraving) : Buying company provides the material themselves and sends it to our company. This could be casting or any type of material. Materials that arrive to our company are first controlled in terms of their measurements. When they are approved, our company prepares a manufacturing plan/program and starts working on specimens. Part with taken specimens are delivered to the buying company. With the approval of the buying company, manufacturing begins, and after doing its quality control it is delivered to the buying company with its final measurement reports.

Micron plastic snaps made from the best plastic material we can source and is easy to attach using our dies and machines. These plastic snaps are used by our clients for products like rain coats, textiles, umberella, toys, baby clothing and much much more.

At Micron, we manufacture quality. These dies are made of stainless steel and come in a two piece set. 14mm Rhinestone/ Jean button Dies are compatible with TEP 1,TEP 3 DEP 2, PL 10, M 3 and MC 20 fastener attaching machines. Top Dies shaft is ¼” threaded.

This #15 cutting dies measures 2″ (44 mm) and is intended to be used prior to installing our #15 – 2 inch curtain grommets to punch holes. Specifically used with spandex/lycra fabrics. Top shaft is 5/8” smooth. These dies sets are designed to be used with Micron M 3 fastener attaching machine and the MC 20 double cylinder fastener attaching machine. Each cutting dies comes with a white Teflon cutting board to protect the blade from dulling.

Suzanne Button dies are designed to work with the MD 1 button covering machine. All Dies are precision machined and made from high quality steel. The cutters have sharp edges and are engineered for accuracy and a long life span.
