The DIGIFORCE® 9307 monitors processes in which precisely defined functional relationships between two or more measured quantities need to be demonstrated. These measured quantities are recorded synchronously during the manufacturing process or subsequent functional testing to produce a measurement curve, which is then assessed using graphical and mathematical evaluation techniques. After internal evaluation, the measurement curve and computed evaluation results are visualized on the color display and are also output at the external control interfaces. The processes in the controller are optimized by a powerful real-time operating system to achieve an extremely fast evaluation cycle: it typically takes just 15 ms to deliver the global OK or NOK evaluation result, which can then be analyzed by the higher-level controller.

OMNITREND Asset View is a serverbased visualization software with a simple and clearly structured user interface and ideal for managers and machine operators. The software supports all PRUFTECHNIK online condition monitoring systems including VIBGUARD IIoT (20 and 16 channels), VIBGUARD compact, and VIBRONET Signalmaster. All that is needed to obtain realtime data via the server is an uptodate browser as well as a user name and a password. OMNITREND Asset View communicates via the modern IIoT interface MQTT for worldwide access and remote overview. The user interface features a clearly structured design. A traffic light function gives a quick overview of the current condition of the monitored assets. Threshold violations can be acknowledged.

VIBGUARD compact for individual assets VIBGUARD compact offers six measuring channels for continuous monitoring. It is perfectly suited for fast and highly dynamic equipment. Knight Optical has successfully launched a range of Stock Optical Domes for use in Pyronometers. Pyranometer/pyrgeometer are used for measuring solar irradiance. Typical applications being to understand where insulation needs to be within a building, climate studies and solar monitoring systems.
