Neaustima produces nonwoven needle punched protection mat that is designed to be used in the roof landscaping systems as a water retention and filtering layer (as a base for sedum mat). The material also protects coating against mechanical damage, provides leveling function. The product is crush-resistant, chemically neutral, and harmless to plants. Needle punched material is made from recycled textile fibers.

Neaustima producers natural fiber felt from cotton, wool, hemp, flax, viscose, PLA. The natural fiber felt is used in production of sauna hats, mattresses and beds, horse blankets, beds for pets.

Filter bags are manufactured for optimum filtration performance. They are made from carefully selected media developed specifications the process industry. Various types of media are used such as needle felt, monofilament and multifilament. They are effective in reducing dust emission level as requirement of industries. These bags are placed in dust collector with supporting filter cages. Contaminated air takes path of outside to inside filtration. All solid contaminants get deposited at outer surface & clean air / gas passes through top chamber. Particles retained at outer surface of media get collected at bottom of dust collector with help of shaking mechanism or reverse pulse jetting mechanism.

These 37mm ( 1 1/2″ ) deep punch needle hoops are ideal for Punch Embroidery so that they can handle a range of deep loop stitches without the needle going beyond the depth of the hoop. They are of superior quality and made from hard beech wood ~ fine sanded and hand polished for a super smooth natural wood finish. The adjustment screw and threaded angle brackets are made from pure brass and polished for a rich, striking gold colour look.
