A compact high voltage supply with an adjustable output voltage of 0 - 20 kV (with a maximum current of 0,7 mA) clearly shown on the digital display. The airknife is constructed of extruded aluminium with incorporated mounting grooves. This design provides a precise air volume over the entire width of the airknife. In the airkife tube a high air pressure appears and is flowing out of the airknife narrow outflow opening. The anti-static bar produces positive and negative ions which are blown onto the surface by the airknife. The electrons will now be exchanged, which causes the surface to be neutralised and the impurities to be removed. For use in hazardous zones, the Typhoon with the P-Sh-N-Ex anti-static bar is approved. Airpressure sensor Each Typhoon system is supplied with an airpressure sensor wich can measure the air pressure inside the airknife. If the pressure drops under the required level, the system does not work optimal. A system check is then neccessary, often it appears that the air filter needs to be cleaned. Power unit A2A7M Typhoon systems with EP-Sh-N anti-static bars incorporate a power unit type A2A7M.

The MultiPowerMaster or MPM is part of the high voltage power unit range. It features a broad range of input voltages, from 100240-V AC/5,060 Hz as well as electronically stabilized output voltage. The output voltage is factory preset to 7, 5, 4, and 3.3 kV. Red and green LEDs are incorporated in the top face of the unit. There is an option for the MPM to be fitted with an I/O connector for interfacing with a PLC, the F.E. Optional I/O signals are available for overload, high voltage present, and remote on and off. A 24-V power source is featured with the I/O connector, which enables use with the Typhoon air pressure sensor.

The ThunderION Control Module provides the power and the control for up to four ThunderION anti-static bars. With this Control Module, you can control all connected ThunderION anti-static bars and check they are working correctly from a central location. The Control Module operates on the mains voltage, which can be turned on and off with a switch. A cable with a pre-assembled connector at each end links the ThunderION anti-static bar with the Control Module. This offers quick and easy assembly. All cables carry just 24 V. The Control Module enables you to check the functioning of each connected anti static bar. A green LED indicates that the bar is switched on. A red LED indicates that a fault has been detected. The Flat ionizing air nozzle is used to clean and neutralize electrostatically charged surfaces. The use of compressed air allows awkward places to be neutralized and cleaned as well. Connected to a Simco power unit, the ionizing air nozzles produce an air flow which is rich in positive and negative ions. When this air flow is pointed to an electrostatically charged area, electrons are exchanged until the area is neutralized. This makes that the material is neutralized during the blow-off process and prevents the blown-off particles from being re-attracted. The current of the Flat Nozzle is limited, so that the emitter point is safe to touch. The Cobra ionizing air gun is excellently suited for heavy-duty industrial applications. It has a lightweight durable gun body made of highimpact plastic. The airflow is controlled by the trigger. Simco-Ion's Top Gun III is developed for light industrial applications. A high ion production attend to an optimal neutralisation of static charges. High blow-off force and low air consumption provide high-efficiency cleaning. A filter at the exit of the gun ensures that the air is clean. The gun body is lightweight and durable. It features a light-touch trigger, making it comfortable even for extended use. All functionality is built into the gun, including a flowcontrol valve, and a two-level LED which indicates if the gun is in ''stand by'' mode and if high voltage is currently active. The Aerostat Sentry ionizing air blower neutralises static charges perfectly. This anti-static bar has the same properties as the P-Sh-N. but is equipped with an integrated power unit, you do not need a high-voltage cable. This anti-static bar has been approved for use in certain hazardous environments. The 5m long primary cable shall be connected to the mains voltage. A neon lamp can indicate that high voltage is present. Under certain conditions the P-Sh-N-Ex bar is capable of neutralizing the materials from a maximum distance of 200 mm. The emitter pins of the Super Service anti-static bars are directly coupled to the high voltage so that maximum ionising current is reached. These bars can be cleaned easily and therefore they are suited for being installed in places which may be subject to heavy fouling. Touching an emitter pin will cause an unpleasant electrical shock. These bars are usually installed in such a manner that the emitter pins cannot be touched by personnel. MEJ anti-static bars are often used on production machines were short range ionisation is possible and where no moving machine parts are interfering the ionisation.The properties of this Simco-Ion anti-static bar are the same as those of type MEB, except that the MEJ type is round.
