As an NI Alliance Partner, we use NI TestStand and NI LabVIEW for test automation. Python, C/C++ Embedded and Microsoft PowerBI can be used in addition. NI-TestStand is the industry standard test management software and is used by the developers and architects at Merecs Engineering with a lot of experience. We offer for example the following services: - Requirements analysis based on the DUT properties to be tested - Development of test cases in cooperation - Sequence development in TestStand - Intuitive custom user interfaces - Parallel testing of many DUTs & Badge Testing - Reporting (SQL databases etc.) - Trainings & Workshops Our developers hold the CLA (Certified TestStand Architect) and CLD (Certified TestStand Developer) certificates.

Testing has never been easier and quicker. With the P300, you can perform precision tests of hoses of up to 2500 mm in length and with pressures up to 1000 bar. The PowerTest is a sophisticated testing and encoding system for chip modules on 35 mm tapes. Maximum flexibility allows versatile use: It can be used by card manufacturers for the incoming inspection or encoding of chip module tapes, and with integrated disconnect station by module tape manufacturers as a quality measurement system for the inspection of outgoing goods. Testing of contact, contactless and Dual Interface IC modules can be executed with the highest performance and yield by processing of up to 128 modules in parallel. In addition to basic test and parameter test, software is also available for chip module initialisation, personalisation, and OS loading. Integration of SAM, HSM, or similar modules can be realised easily. Using high-end reader technology from Smartware or Micropross, this automatic IC module test handler offers unmatched performance for the complete production test of smart card and RFID modules. The test bench is designed for calibration with critically operated nozzles of domestic gas meters or others such as diaphragm gas meters, ultrasonic meters, thermoelectric gas meters. The test bench is specially designed for the calibration of domestic gas meters (bellows gas meters, ultrasonic meters, thermoelectric gas meters). The test bench is modular - 1x6 to 4x6 clamping positions for the gas meters can be combined. Due to the modular design 1 to 12 gas meters can be tested simultaneously. In parallel, up to twelve additional test pieces can be adapted, run in and leak tested. A magazine consisting of three critical nozzles is used as flow transmitter. Optionally, a nozzle drum with nine combinable nozzles can be used. This allows the generation of up to 512 different flow points with highest accuracy.
