Then apply a finishing layer, leave to dry and finish to hide the tape and screw heads. In the event of projecting vertical angles, use reinforced tape.

COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin, water, calcium carbonate, lightening fillers, preservative and various admixtures. The compound is white. SUITABLE SURFACES Plasterboard, plaster, AAC, brick, fibreglass cloth, gypsum block, concrete, render, old paint. APPLICATION Roller, trowel or airless applications of the product are possible. For roller application, the product should be mixed before use. Nozzles recommended for airless application : 35 and 41. AMOUNT REQUIRED Depends on the thickness applied : from 0.4 to 2 kg/m². DRYING TIME The second coat can be applied 6-24 hours after the first, depending on the ambient conditions.

APPLICATION Generally applied in “dabs” approx. 10 cm in diameter, with 30 cm horizontal spacing and 40 cm vertical spacing on the plasterboard or insulation.

The filler is multi-purpose: can be used to fill, repair and rectify wall surfaces, with a smooth finish. Substrates must comply with the DTU 59.1 standard i.e. be dry, clean, dust-free, hard and free of any trace of separating agent. Scrape, brush and remove dust from concrete, plasterboard and plaster tiles. APPLICATION Manual application : With a trowel or filling knife. Mechanical application : Airless and spraying machine. In cold weather, mix the product quickly to aid aspiration. We recommend removing the filter from the pump, spraying at about 80 cm from the substrate.

PREPARATION OF SURFACES Surfaces must comply with standard DTU 59.1, and be clean, dry and free from dust and any trace of separating agent.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Grain size : fine • Adhesion : complies with standard DTU 42.1 • pH : 9 once dry • Setting starts after 50 minutes • Setting ends in 1 hr 10 min PREPARATION OF SURFACES BEFORE APPLICATION The substrate must be clean, dry, free of dust and of any trace of stripping oil. Walls that are peeling off must be scraped beforehand. Strip any old paint in poor condition and remove any old thick plastic covering.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Ready mixed filler for interior and exterior finishing work on walls and ceilings OSCAR is a water based filler giving a finish identical to oil based products. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin emulsion containing calcium carbonate, rheological agent and various additives. The resulting paste is white. The maximum thickness will be 1 mm per coat. Smooth and sand if necessary before OSCAR has entirely set. Clean tools with water.
