The 5A regulation valve is ideally suited for regulating the flow of gases and liquids. Due to its special design it is able to regulate and shut off media. The regulation valve is highly resistant to media due to the materials that are used, PP, PVDF and PFA.

The manually operated 6Z multiport ball valve consists of two multi-port ball valves that are compactly arranged one on top of the other in a housing with two levels. There is no flow connection between the individual levels. With one switching process both media flows are synchronously distributed or collected using a common shaft. Unintentional mixing of the media flows is not possible.

The 7G injectors are pumps for pumping and mixing various media. The basic principle is simple: a gaseous media is used for the actuator; this media escapes at high pressure and high speed from a nozzle. During this process the media from the surrounding area is also drawn along and can be supplied to the downstream production process. Due to their design, the injectors do not need moving parts, as a result they have very low wear and are robust.

When operating pneumatic valves (diaphragm valves, etc.) special attention is placed on the protection of the control air system. The 5A compact safety valve reliably protects the control air system against media flowing back in case of leaks. The valve is automatic and therefore provides safety in the application.

The tube filter is a compact, economical and versatile filter available either as a particle filter or as a coalescence filter. It is easy to use and filter changes can be made quickly. It is fitted with an female thread and is also available with a shut-off or drain feature. In the COMPACT version, the tube filter is already equipped with integrated flexible tube connectors.

Condensed liquids can be collected safely and reliably using the 7K condensate collector. It is supplied as standard with female G-thread.

The 6X multiport ball valve with pneumatic part-turn actuator (STANDARD) consists of two multi-way ball valves in a compact design arranged one on top of the other in a housing with two levels. There is no flow connection between the individual levels. With one switching process both media flows are synchronously distributed or collected using a common shaft. Unintentional mixing of the media flows is not possible.

The flexible tube is pushed onto the connecting sleeve manually, causing the flexible tube to widen. To secure the connection against shear stresses, torsional stresses or longitudinal forces, you must use, e.g., a pipe clip to fasten the flexible tube in place on the connecting sleeve.

The 6R ball valve, equipped with our compact electrical part-turn actuator, is the ideal solution for space-saving assembling thanks to its reduced dimensions. It is designed for long-term use.

The pneumatic part-turn actuator ensures reliable control of the 6L ball valve. The piston drive is compact and maintenance-free and can be operated with all neutral, gaseous media. The actuator has a spring-return as standard.

The flexible tube is pushed onto the integrated connecting sleeve of the 1A flexible tube con-nector. By tightening the knurled nut, the clamping ring presses against the flexible tube and fixes it in place. The connecting sleeve for the flexible tube is nearly cylindrical. Its dimensions are calculated to prevent tube strain over 6%, even with poor tolerances. The tension produced by the low tube strain is sufficient by itself to guarantee a tight flexible tube connection up to 6 bar. The clamping ring and knurled nut secure the connection against longitudinal forces which could otherwise pull the flexible tube off the connecting sleeve. The clamping ring is designed to secure the flexible tube in place by intercepting any shear or tor-sional stresses. This allows for usage up to 10 bar*. Thanks to its elasticity, the clamping ring can be used several times in the same connector.

Our 3E inlay connector can be directly fastened to existing fittings with DIN 8063 male threads and is immediately ready for use with both flexible tubes and pipes. The inlay component of the 3E connector is manufactured as one piece with the connector integrated. This saves not only time and work, it helps to ensure that the connector is tight and thus safe to use.

The firm flexible tube or plastic pipe is pushed onto the integrated connecting sleeve of the 1C connector. The sealing ring forms a tightness for the connection, while it is secured in place by a cutting ring. Due to the knurled nut, this also affects the flexible tube. The cutting ring wedges into the flexible tube or pipe as far as the knurled nut is screwed onto the connector body. A shear force is applied here that intensifies the contact pressure. This creates a friction-locked and tight connection that can be released at any time and minimises the dead volume.

The 3G glass thread apapter is used as a connecting element between the laboratory glass cylinder with GL thread and the connection for flexible tube. The connector features a rotating nut with GL thread on the one hand and a G male thread or connecting elements on the other hand. Various connection elements, flexible tubes and pipes can be fitted in this way.

The 3C Tri-Clamp connector is easy to use: Simply press the two flange-like connector pieces against each other and fasten them together using the locking clip. A sealing ring is situated between the connector pieces to maintain a proper seal. The resulting connection is form-fit and smooth and a wing nut on the locking clip makes it easy to quickly open and close the connection at any time. The Tri-Clamp connection can be combined with a 1+, 1A or 1C flexible tube connector, a 2N pipe connector or a male thread.

The 2M connector was developed for thin pipes such as capillary tubes with an outside diameter from 0.7 to 6.35 mm. It consists of a sealing cone which is pushed into the matching inner cone of the connector and acts as a bushing for the pipe while performing a sealing function. An additional O-ring, which is protected from damage by a pressure disc, holds the pipe in place and prevents it from being pulled out accidentally.

The coupling can be shut off to allow for an easy and reliable connection. There is usually a risk of aggressive gases or liquids escaping during coupling operations. Supply lines can be connected and disconnected quickly and frequently with the 3K quick connector because the lock seals off the line before the coupling is undone. To connect or disconnect the coupling, simply actuate the sliding sleeve.

For the 2N pipe connector, the pipe is placed against the inner edge of the connector and a sealing ring seals off the connection. A cutting ring wedges into the flexible tube or pipe as far as the knurled nut is screwed onto the connector body, thereby fixing the connection in place. This creates a friction-locked and tight pipe connection that can be released at any time, that eliminates dead volume in the design concept and also has no effect on the flow. The inside diameter of the connector does not correspond to the inside diameter of the pipe.

The flexible tube for the connector 1D is first thermally widened and then pushed on the integrated connecting sleeve. The tube is secured in place by means of a knurled nut acting on the flexible tube. Thanks to the form-fit connection between the connecting sleeve and flexible tube, the connector has no dead volume.

The new 8C compact manifold is especially impressive for its small size. In the single-sided version it can have 2 - 5 outlets, in the double-sided version 2, 6, 8, or 10 outlets. The outlets can be designed to customer specification either with integrated connections for flexible tubes series 1+ in sizes DN04/06 or DN06/08, or with threads G1/8" or G1/4". The side endpieces (input/output) of the manifold can be sealed or fitted with G3/8" or G1/2" threads.

The electrical fine control valve makes it possible to adjust volume flows precisely via an input signal (4-20 mA) and to approach an exact spindle position. The valve can also be controlled by a 24V continuous voltage. Position feedback is implemented by a 4-20 mA output signal. With an additional adapter, the valve can also be connected via an RS-232 interface to a computer. The valves are available in 1/4" (10-200 l/h of water) and 1/2" (50-500 l/h of water).

The Tri-Clamp filter is equipped with a seal, bracket and male G-thread on both sides. They are also suitable for a variety of applications in different sizes and materials.

In the luer lock adapter 3L, a luer lock thread to DIN EN 20594-1 or ISO 594 (male or female) is combined with our connection for flexible tube 1A, connection for pipe 2M, a Tri-Clamp connection or a G, NPT or UNF male thread. A flexible tube can thus be connected, e.g., to the most commonly used disposable laboratory filters.

Our inline filter is intended for pipeline installation. It is small, compact and low cost. It is easy to replace under practical conditions and can be subsequently retrofitted with no problems. They are also suitable for a variety of applications in different sizes and materials.

Our pump connection connector offers various connection options for pipes and flexible tubes for the most commonly used dosing pumps of numerous pump manufacturers. For example, diaphragm and hose pumps with an M20x1.5 male thread can be connected directly and leak-proof. The inlay component is manufactured from a single part with the connector integrated, which eliminates time-consuming welding.

The fine control valve regulates even the smallest flow rates with great precision and with linear flow rate characteristics. Different spindle types are exactly matched to the media and the flow range. Additional safety and reliability are achieved by the spindle thread outside the media flow.
