It is used in coffee-based drinks, liquid sweeteners, ice cream, and soda etc. It is widely used in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. E490 is the number for cosmetic products and pharmacological products. It is applicable as a carrier or base for many types of makeup in the cosmetics industry.

ALWA BARRIER COAT is a laminate resin, which is applied to protect the gelcoat for instance with glass fleece (e.g., ALWA MOULD COAT and ALWA UP GELCOAT).

ALWA UP GELCOAT is an aluminium filled polyester surface resin with a temperature resistance of 110 °C. Pot life is approx. 20 – 30 min. at room temperature, when using 1 – 2 % hardener (art. no. 3150001). The top layer can be polished to high gloss.

ALWA MOULD COAT is a vinylester resin and is used for surfaces of RTM, polyester and laminate moulds.

Rostabil TPP (Triphenyl phosphite) is a clear liquid with has C18H15O3 as chemical formula. It is an organophosphite which provides excellent colour improvement and heat stability. It is used in ABS, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyester resins, epoxy resins and synthetic rubber. TPP is also known as Triphenyl phosphoric acid ester and Triphenoxyphosphine oxide. Iniper 42S (Tertbutyl peroxy3,5,5trimethylhexanoate) is a clear liquid which has C13H26O3 as chemical formula. It is used as initiator in the production of acrylic polymers, polyethylene and styrene. Further it is applied as curing agent in the production of unsaturated polyester resins. Tertbutyl peroxy3,5,5trimethylhexanoate is also known as TBPIN and tertbutyl 3,5,5trimethylperoxyhexanoate. Iniper 117 (Tert butyl peroxy 2ethylhexyl monocarbonate) is a clear liquid which has C13H26O4 as chemical formula. It is mainly used as radical initiator to induce polymerization for the production of EPS (expanded polystyrene), ethylene, acrylates and methacrylates. Further it is used for the crosslinking of natural and synthetic rubbers as well as thermoplastic elastomers. Enox TBPB (tertButyl Peroxybenzoate) is yellowish liquid which has C11H14O3 as chemical formula. It is a low volatility, high purity, aromatic peroxyester. which is effective as medium temperature initiator for polymerization of a broad spectrum of monomers, per example acrylics, ethylene and styrene. It is also used to cure (copolymerization) unsaturated polyester resins at elevated temperatures. Further it is used as catalyst for crosslinking synthetic rubbers like EPR, EPDM and NBR. re.
