The DIGIFORCE® 9307 monitors processes in which precisely defined functional relationships between two or more measured quantities need to be demonstrated. These measured quantities are recorded synchronously during the manufacturing process or subsequent functional testing to produce a measurement curve, which is then assessed using graphical and mathematical evaluation techniques. After internal evaluation, the measurement curve and computed evaluation results are visualized on the color display and are also output at the external control interfaces. The processes in the controller are optimized by a powerful real-time operating system to achieve an extremely fast evaluation cycle: it typically takes just 15 ms to deliver the global OK or NOK evaluation result, which can then be analyzed by the higher-level controller.

Transmission of beta rays The weight monitoring and control system measures the weight continuously, without contact, destruction-free and on moving product. The measurement is based on the attenuation of rays from a radioactive isotope through the substrate located in the measuring gap. This attenuation in intensity is an indication of the weight of the product.

Timer for complex system architectures With the Synch Box, even complex measurement systems can be synchronized with external time sources. The Synch Box provides a time signal via LVDS, which connects all connected amplifiers and guarantees a sample-accurate synchronization of the data. It can also be synchronized with other timers (IRIG, GPS, ...) via external inputs.

HGL offers tailor-made PC solutions that have been specially developed to form a holistic measurement system in combination with HGL amplifiers. The PCs offer sufficient power reserves and storage capacity to operate several measuring devices in parallel on one computer and are compact in design. The compatibility with the existing measurement hardware was tested in numerous test series. Different form factors offer different ways to accommodate the computer hardware. In the 19" format, installation in measuring cabinets is no problem. Other form factors offer the option of mounting the PC directly to the back of a monitor. Our original control systems for technological processes are based on PLC controllers. In the installations designed and manufactured by us, we mainly use subassemblies from market-leading brands such as SIEMENS, Allen-Bradley or EATON. We can implement any controller offered by the manufacturers mentioned above to our systems. Our goal is to constantly develop, expand our knowledge and improve our workshop. In our projects, we strive to communicate the largest possible number of equipment used with one compatible communication protocol, thus avoiding additional electrical connections and gaining an easy possibility to diagnose problems caused in case of a potential failure. In our applications, we use SCADA and HMI systems. Each of them features a huge range of possibilities and allows to adapt particular requirements to specific solutions individually designed for a given client.

The BM26A-1000 is a magnetic level indicator (MLI) for basic liquid applications. The cost-effective level indicator is particularly suitable for continuous level measurement in water storage tanks, condensate receiver tanks as well as wash and surge tanks for fuels, lubricates, additives or similar chemicals. The level indicator features a rugged metallic design with the magnetic flaps housed in an IP68 rated, hermetically sealed glass tube. It provides a highly visible local level indication. There is absolutely no power supply needed. However, in applications with more advanced signal output requirements, the MLI can be easily equipped with optional reed switches or a reed-chain level transmitter providing analogue or digital output signals.

The chemical industry uses spectroscopy as a regular tool in many forms such as UV-VIS and FT-IR. The industry adapted to the NIR and especially the FT-NIR technology in the beginning of the 90’ies and our base technology has been utilized ever since in very diverse applications.
