Professional, accurate and aesthetically pleasing flocking of different types of materials, size and colors, on surface of your choosing. Flocking is the application of small pieces of fibers (the so-called flakes), with the help of the electrostatic surface on which we have previously applied special glue. All of the contents are water based and pose no threat to the environment. The end product is a soft protective coat, pleasant to touch, that comes in a color of your choice and if exposed to higher temperatures the coating protects the user from harm (for example it protects against burns, from coming in contact with hot metal). Advantages: - the final product is protected and feels soft to touch, - flakes can be applied to most materials, we mainly flock metal parts that come in different shapes and sizes, - flakes come in different colors.

All required protective coatings are made in certified external companies. The basic condition for cooperation is meeting all environmental requirements. Our capabilities include the following metal protective coatings: - aluminum anodizing (soft and hard); - cataphoresis (electrophoretic painting); - electropolishing; - galvanic zinc; - hot-dip galvanized (galvanizing metal); - powder coating. As a production company, we offer: - metal sandblasting of crude steel; - removing paint coatings by sandblasting and soda blasting (without heating and damaging the surface); - glass blasting of stainless steel and aluminum; - unifying the surface after machining and welding; - large-area painting with a hydrodynamic, airless unit.

AMETEK stainless steel flake is manufactured from premium quality 316L stainless steel raw materials. We employ a unique milling process in our dedicated and proprietary batch production area to produce a flattened 316L particle that makes a “leaf” product or flake. As we produce the raw material in-house, our input material is abundant and controlled to the highest quality.

Knight Optical provide a wide range of optical components present in a spectrometers, specifically mirrors and prisms with a UV Aluminium coating to enable the detection of UV wavelengths from 180nm. UV wavelengths can be hard to detect without the use of this coating and can make results inaccurate. Knight Optical UV Aluminium coating allows wavelengths between 180-650nm to reflection at an average of of 85% which is not achieved with Enhanced Aluminium which cuts on at 400nm and primarily for the visible region and above. The coating can be applied to Prisms and Mirrors, either from stock or custom. Hydrophobic means to repel water. Applying a hydrophobic coating to a surface can help the surface repel dirt and residue for easier cleaning. These types of coatings also have an oleophobic property, meaning that oil and grease is also repelled. Knight Optical provide Hydrophobic Coatings to wide range of protective windows made from materials such as BK7 or equivalent, UV Fused Silica or Borosilicate. Benefits for hydrophobic are that is: Optically Clear Easy-to-Clean Fingerprint and Smudge resistant The properties of the optical component itself remain unaltered meaning it does to hinder its current application or require a redesign. This device from the IDS pro series is very flexible. On the one hand, its carriage with big wheels enables a quick transport and easy set-up even on building sites and uneven terrain. On the other hand, there is no need for an external oil tank because of the integrated fuel container. The oil heater fan is originally "Made in Europe" and as standard equipped with electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling. Additionally, the double-walled housing with protective coating increases safety at work by minimizing the surface temperature of the outer casing and thus the risk of injuries and further offers an effective soundproofing.
