The LogTag Enclosure Rugged Conditions ensures that data loggers are stored in a safe and protective manner. The enclosure is specially made to use data loggers in changing conditions such as changing humidity and temperatures.

The IMX12-CCM (Cabinet Condition Monitoring) can be installed in virtually any cabinet or any protective enclosure to ontinuously check the current protection degree there - even retrospectively. The DIN rail device notifies with a switching signal improperly closed doors, as well as exceedances of temperature and interior humidity, to the control system.

Immersion heater ATEX II 2 G/D EEx d IIC T1 – T6 The Exheat „RFA-C” range of flameproof removable core heaters offers a hazardous area heating solution for oil and similar applications where low heat density is required. The element can be withdrawn for inspection without system drain down. The standard heater consists of a single element core fitted into a mounting flange. A robust EEx d terminal enclosure protects the electrical connections. The watts density of the element core fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required.

The special element/sheath arrangement allows the element cores to be withdrawn for inspection without system drain down. The standard heater consists of a number of element cores fitted into a mounting flange. A robust flameproof terminal enclosure protects the electrical connections. The number of element cores fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required.

Mixing concept Description: The mixer drum (Drums or rotator) TF220 allows to rotate a drum of 220 litters to homogenize the contents. The drum is laid on a support inclined slightly rearwardly so as to improve the mixing in the drum. It is firmly held by a retaining hook in the upper part and two retaining st raps on its periphery. The mixing time is set as a front view of the control box by means of a programmable timer. The assembly is protected in an enclosure fenced and secure. The drum turns off automatically in the upright posi-tion so as to simplify the installation or removal of drums. In a simple design, it is robust and requires very little maintenance.

Waterproof enclosures with protection grades IP67 or IP68 for outdoor use are not automatically sealed against vapour and humid air. To avoid negative pressure, high humidity and condensation inside the enclosure a continuous Ventilation and pressure equilibrium is necessary. This function can be achieved by using a venting element made by Jacob. Bernstein Series CP and CPS polyester enclosures are made of high-grade glass fiber-reinforced polyester. The black polyester enclosures conform to the requirements for Ex applications and are sufficient for accepting and encapsulating electrical and electronic and control components in harsh environments or implicitly explosive atmospheres. All enclosures have achieved protection class IP 66 in accordance with DIN EN 60529. The captive stainless steel cover screws are maintained by a self-latching element integrated into the cover. The threaded bushes are embedded in the flange on the narrow sides of the base and obtain mounting rails, plates and PC boards.

conFORM is an extremely robust EMC enclosure, which features EMC shielding without an expensive conductive gasket as standard. Continuous contact is created by means of a patented tooth system contour between the lid and bottom. It is ideal for industrial internal mounting that requires special EMC protection. The enclosure is water-tight and weather resistant. The interior contains fastening domes to accommodate mounting plates, supporting rails or circuit boards. Accessories such as mounting plates and cable glands are included in the ROLEC product range.

handCASE is an extremely robust hand held enclosure made from die-cast aluminium. Thanks to its ergonomic design, the enclosure fits well in your hand. The special wall strength of the enclosure provides solid protection for internal mounting under the most extreme conditions. The heavy-duty enclosure has ingress protection of IP 66 and is available with or without a battery compartment. In the interior of the enclosure are fastening domes for the installation of circuit boards, mounting plates and other internal mounting. Cable glands and other accessories are also available.

mobilCASE is a mobile control enclosure, which is absolutely variable in length thanks to its profile construction. The three widths offer scope for every imaginable application.
