In the laboratory of Istanbul Dokum, for all productions, chemical analysis, mechanical yield – tensile – elongation tests, and when required hardness tests, UT, MT and MPI tests are provided.

Raw materials arriving at our warehouse come to the quality control laboratory in accordance with the sampling procedure, and if the analysis results are found appropriate, their entry into the company is approved. Raw materials are analyzed based on European Pharmacopoeia 10.8 methods, based on certain control criteria. These controls; visual control, solubility control, density determination, moisture determination, pH determination, viscosity determination. After the approvals, weighings are carried out in accordance with GMP in a special weighing room equipped with HEPA filters and humidity controls. The controls made on finished products are; visual control, solubility control, organoleptic control, volumetric and quantitative control, moisture determination, pH measurement, density determination, viscosity determination, hardness determination, diameter-thickness measurement, quantification (HPLC), gas chromatography.

Our quality department serves with an independent quality assurance unit and chemical, physical control, microbiology and production control laboratories that form the pillars of quality control. Quality assurance, quality control, licensing, R&D and laboratory service units in our quality directorate carry out all activities that will ensure that the consumer encounters a quality product both during and after production. A validity control, which contains common adulterants, is utilized in drugs of abuse (DOA) testing to confirm a laboratory's DOA analytical systems are performing accurately and can identify adulterated urine specimens. Validity Controls Level 1 through 5 are used as quality control materials to help identify substituted, diluted, and adulterated urine samples. The matrices for this QC are prepared from distilled water. The levels of the Adulterants, Creatinine, Specific Gravity, and pH are adjusted to the desired range for each lot prepared. Quality control before, during, and after the preparation of the control material ensures that each lot is comparable and of the same high quality. Immunosuppressants are essential for successful organ transplants. Their drug concentrations must be routinely monitored to ensure optimal levels and patient compliance. Trace element toxicity is associated with overdose, usually secondary to taking too much high dose trace element supplements.

Uno sampler made of stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4404)/PTFE with a closed sample chamber for point sampling from a predetermined sampling depth. Bürkle zone samplers are used for taking samples of bulk goods of any kind. The big advantage of zone samplers is that all-layer samples can be collected from all layers of the container. The core sampler can be used to take samples of bulk materials which can easily become stuck or settle during sampling due to their particle form. In comparison to standard all-layer samplers for bulk materials, the two-part core sampler has no gap dimensions in which the medium can become stuck while it is being removed. This makes it possible to take a proper sample of powders and granulates through multiple layers, for example glass balls or metal powders. Depending on the size, the stainless steel sampler can be used for a wide range of different containers, for example big bags or small containers. The bulk material sampler takes a representative core sample and is ideal for use in various laboratory and industrial applications.

It is possible to take multiple samples from bulk goods with this sampler quickly and easily. Emptying has been greatly simplified and in this model takes place via the tip. The advantage: The sample can be emptied directly into the sample container without having to disassemble the EasySampler, in order to obtain a mixed sample for instance. The bulk material must be free-flowing or self-flowing.

All parts coming into contact with the sample medium are made of pure white PTFE. Completely inert against all substances (with the exception of elementary fluoride). The rod is stabilised with a steel core which is completely encapsulated in PTFE. The 60 cm long rod can be extended to 120 cm by adding another component. The scoop PTFE with 10 ml has a strong rod with a length of 155 mm.

The scratcher is a special sampler for powders and granules that do not flow freely. The sample is transferred to the closable inner tube using a scraper. Sliding PTFE separators are used to divide the inner tube into different zones. The separators also prevent the sample from being mixed.
