H20 Timber beams TAVR are designated for application as a bearing element of wall formwork. The flanges are made of solid oriented wood, that helps the beam to have very high load-bearing capacity. Plywood web made of high-quality Northern coniferous trees has a width of 24 mm. Beams up to 3 meters long produced of undisturbed strip. For production beam over 3 meters long wall is interlocked with a quality longitudinal pin (3 cm). The web and flanges are fixed by glued mini-dovetail jointing. The beam surface was treated with a special yellow paint that made its surface weather resistant and all beams are supplied with plastic caps that helps to protect them from damages and prolong it`s service life. Warranty period is 40 cycles. We use only modern European manufacturing equipment and pay much attention to the quality control.
