Although our specialty is the machining of technical plastics, we also offer the customer who wishes, the possibility of acquiring semi-finished material in a wide variety of plastic materials. The usual formats of semi-finished products are usually in plate, tube or bar, with the possibility of cutting as we make ourselves. We also offer advice on the characteristics of the products and their particular properties, to guarantee compliance with our client's requirements.

These materials offer numerous advantages when working with them, which is why they are increasingly being used in comparison to other alternatives such as metals. Technical applications require parts with very specific features. Research and development thus play an important role in obtaining innovative items.

Machinery guards can be made using different manufacturing processes, always depending on the application and the customer's specifications. These include cold bending, bonding and thermoforming techniques. 

Our services also include the repair of plastic parts and their replacement if necessary, spare parts and guards for various types of industrial machinery. We have the necessary machinery to produce industrial spare parts for any field. 

At Induplast we work with plastics for the food industry that have been approved by FDA regulations for contact with food products and we have engineering plastics with additives for metal detection that prevent contamination and guarantee traceability and compliance with migration limits. We also use high-performance machinery that allows us to obtain plastic moulds for food and food machinery, guaranteeing the best quality. 

As a complementary activity to the work of our engineering office, the final execution of the projects that we develop there is carried out in our own workshops. We have prepared machinery of a wide variety, and production capacity to carry out the manufacture of any type of project in reasonable terms.

The High Shear Mixer Granulator is designed to optimize the wet granulation process. Used to turn a fine-powder heterogeneous mixture into a uniform granulation, with increased particle size and higher density, offering proper flow and compactness properties, in a short time process and with repeatability. It minimizes the space requested in clean-room, reduces the risks of cross-contamination, and gives maximum versatility to process development and scalability studies.
