Special tools constructed - Import export

The ultraprecision turning machine (UP-Turning machine) MTC 650 is currently our largest series machine. Our customers can machine workpieces up to 200 kg in UP quality. The travelling distances are 400 mm in the Z-axis and 650 mm in the X-axis. Workpieces with a diameter of up to 800 mm in diameter (optionally 1000 mm) can be machined. The extended X travel offers more space for additional accessories, further tool holders or special bodies/ constructions. The MTC 6500 is based on a T-shaped natural granite bed. X- and Z-axis slides, as well as the housing of the main spindle are made of granite too. Both slides and the optional B-axis use hydrostatic (oil) bearings. The main spindle features an air bearing and is mounted to the X-slide. Different vacuum chucks for workpieces of up to 800 mm (31.5’’) in diameter are available.

Interior brushes are particularly suitable for deburring recesses and holes in O-rings and for cleaning, smoothing and derusting. They are used in conjunction with drilling machines, flexible shafts and machining centres.The particular purposes of tube cleaning brushes are to derust, clean and descale the insides of tubes. They are used for manual processing and in flexible shafts and static machines. Alphahon brushes are elastic, flexible brushing tools. At the bristle tips they hold globules made from bonded abrasives. This special construction enables the tools to deburr cross-holes and also to improve adherence of lubricants. Special types with flat pressed wire can be supplied to order.

Tools making: dies, stamps, moulds, special devices, jigs, tool parts. Welded constructions in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, building structures, production of non-standard equipment.

Canted profiles in XXL We cant almost every profile with our special tools. Most of the machines used at Göcke are specially constructed; tools for the sheet metal bending presses as well as stencils for sheet metal blanks are self-produced in-house at Göcke. At Göcke Umformtechnik, every desire of the customer and wish for appointments is turned into reality on modern DNC-controlled sheet metal bending presses. For this, we have available an extensive store depot, even special grades. - Cant profiles up to 21 m - Presses up to 3,000 t

In cooperation with customers, WMC Sinterstar has developed new special carbides. Eroding-friendly, ultra-fine, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant or non-magnetisable grades are adapted to special customer requirements.
