Our surveillance services are conducted covertly and are provided to clients for several reasons. We have a minimum of 6 hours surveillance. However, we will tailor the number of hours needed to suit your individual needs. Surveillance can either be static or follow. Static surveillance can be enlisted to watch a property or area (something that won't move) and so, one operative will be required. Surveillance to follow can be enlisted to follow a cheating partner, a moonlighting employee, or a number of reasons, and so, two operatives will be required in case of a situations where they need to split up. For example, they are following someone on public transport who gets off a bus and one of the operatives needs to park the vehicle whilst the other continues the follow. As our Security Officers will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors and customers they are selected to match the requirements of your site and will be given additional training as required to ensure that the service achieves your expectations and reflects positively on your business. Service level agreements are agreed prior to the commencement of our services. We monitor the performance of the contract through regular contact with the customer and Security Officers. Any changes to the service level agreements are agreed and implemented during service reviews.

Through utilising Glentworth Security to provide a response to your alarm activations we will remove the inconvenience of an employee attending out of hours. We can assist with your provision of Duty of Care to your employees by removing the potential physical risk they may face in the event of an intrusion with our alarm response service. Our alarm response service will offer you a cost effective solution to alarm activations. We will attend the premises and verify the cause of activation. We will liaise with relevant emergency services, alarm receiving centres and maintenance contractors to ensure your premises are secure and alarmed before we leave. After our attendance a full report will be forwarded detailing cause of activation and action taken to assist in prevention of further activations.
