The DCX-22 data loggers achieve greater measurement accuracy than loggers with a smaller diameter. Thanks to their long-life battery, they can keep measuring the water level, water pressure and temperature for years (up to 10 years at a rate of one measurement per hour). The data logger can be configured using the supplied software (measurement interval, incident management, delayed measurement start etc.) and data that has been read can be displayed in a graph or chart, corrected using air pressure values, converted into fill levels or other units, and exported.

In the high-precision level pressure transmitters of the 36XW-Ei series, the temperature dependence and nonlinearity are precisely compensated for in the microcontroller by means of a mathematical model. In addition to the RS485 interface, the measurement results can also be output via the integrated D/A converter as a rangeable analog signal. Extended lightning protection is also available as an option. Intrinsically safe – suitable for use in explosive atmospheres.

The high-precision level sensors of the 36XiW series measure with ultra-high accuracy and resolution. Temperature dependence and nonlinearity are precisely compensated for in the microprocessor by means of a mathematical model. They can be supplied with either an RS485 or SDI-12 interface. In addition to the pressure sensor for the level measurement, it is also possible to integrate a Pt1000 that is calibrated to ±0,1 °C from 0...50 °C. Extended lightning protection comes as standard with the SDI-12 interface and is available as an option for the RS485 interface.

Liquicap FMI51 is a reliable fully insulated rod probe for continuous level monitoring in liquids, particularly in build-up forming media and extremely high temperatures. The measurement is independent of the dielectric constant (dc). The compact Deltapilot FMB50 transmitter with the condensate resistant Contite measuring cell is typically used in the process and hygienic applications.It is made for level measurement in liquid and paste-like media in open or closed containers and unaffected by possible foam formation. For use in SIL2 safety systems.

The Waterpilot FMX21 transmitter with capacitive, oil-free ceramic measuring cell is typically used in the process and environmental applications for hydrostatic level measurement. With HART output, the measuring ranges can be freely adjusted and a density-compensated level measurement can be activated. It is certified for drinking water and offers integrated temperature measurement. Versions for applications in wastewaters and sludges or usage in salt water are also available.

The Gammapilot FMG50 compact transmitter is designed for non-contact point level detection, continuous level, interface and density measurement in liquids, solids, suspensions or sludges. As the first true 2-wire loop powered compact transmitter it minimizes engineering and installation efforts.

Levelflex FMP54 for continuous level measurement in liquids under extreme conditions. The process connection with its ceramic-graphite seal safeguards high temperature and high pressure applications as they occur in steam boilers and toxic media like ammonia. The gas tight feedthrough guarantees additional safety. Only the gas phase compensation of the FMP54 gives reliable results in case of gas and steam phases. Reliable measurement in case of moving surface and foam or in changing medias.

Prosonic FMU90 separated version with field housing or top hat rail housing for control cabinet instrumentation are suited for continuous, non-contact level measurement of fluids, pastes, sludge and powdery to coarse bulk solids. Also the flow measurement in open channels and weirs is possible as the simultaneous measurement of level and flow in a storm water overflow basin with only 1 sensor. Up to 6 relays for tendency alarm, flow pulse output or backwater/sludge alarm, 1 or 2 channel version.

The electronic dp Deltabar FMD72 is a differential pressure system, used to measure the pressure, level, volume or mass of liquids in pressurized tanks or distillation columns/evaporators. The high pressure sensor (HP) measures the hydrostatic pressure. The low pressure sensor (LP) measures the head pressure. The level is calculated in the transmitter using these two digital values. The electronic dp system eliminates issues of traditional differential pressure measurements.
