It is possible, for example, to deliver A 105 screw connections with a bronze-steel seat. Different thread types Screw connections can be supplied with the following threads: NPT thread according to ANSI B 16.11 BSP thread according to ANSI B 16.11 G thread according to DIN ISO 228 R thread according to DIN 2999 like BSP. Internal / external thread and SW ends All threads are available as internal / external threads (male / female). Furthermore, the screw connections can also be supplied with SW ends (socked weld). The combination of the different ends is also possible. Screw connections according to ANSI B 16.11 are always 3-part and have a metallic-conical seal.

We can also supply you at short notice. We only deliver goods of European origin. Standards and special requests We supply threaded fittings as standard in two pressure levels (3000 lbs and 6000 lbs) and in all common materials. We can also supply 9000 lbs and special materials if required.

Numerous designs available at short notice Support-free assembly Nipple outlets (MSS SP 97) have been specially developed for support-free assembly. Nipple outlets are available with different ends. Smooth or beveled ends are used for welded connections, while the ends have an external thread for screw connections. We can deliver nipple outlets with NPT thread according to ASME B1.20.1 from our warehouse. We can deliver nipple outlets with BSP / T threads according to ISO 7-1 and BSP / P threads according to DIN ISO 228 with short delivery times. Standards and special requests We deliver nipple outlets in different wall thicknesses (STD, XS, S 160 & XXS and special wall thicknesses) as well as in all common materials. Use a brush, spatula or similar to apply a sufficient amount of paste to the head or nut contact surface and to the thread. Spray on evenly OKS 241 spray. The paste will also act as a sealant.

Universal thread adapter for nearly all drums and other containers with opening of 48–75 mm in diameter, regardless of the respective thread. The thread adapter can be mounted quickly and easily with clamping screws and can be used for different container openings. With G2" connector thread for Bürkle drum screw connections and pumps with immersion tube diameter up to 32 mm. The container connectors make decanting even easier and safer with their more secure connection to barrels. The connectors secure the pump in the barrel, enable a vertical position change and allow the required air exchange.

The 1+ connector consists of just two parts, the connector body and the pressure screw. The clamping ring is incorporated into the pressure screw. The thread and connecting sleeve are integrated inside in the connector body. They cannot be damaged and are thus protected against external effects. Further advantages: The connector is completely leak-proof when it is "hand-tight" and no tools are required. This significantly reduces assembly times. The pressure screw can also be tightened with a fork wrench so there is no gap between the connection and the connector body.

The economic adjustment to small batch sizes, we meet with our turned parts for the direct assembly in plastics and die-cast products. Any thread forms such as, thread-tapping (DIN7500), thread cutting (DIN 7513-7516) or KTG for direct screw in plastics are realized cost-effectively. Advantage is the elimination of high tooling costs, since no counter-thread in the workpiece (eg threaded inserts, nuts, etc.) is required because the direct assembly takes place directly into the workpiece. Only a given tube is required in order to screw it directly. Our turned parts replace previously cold formed parts used (so-called multi-station presses) which require high output volumes in order to achieve a reasonable price parts.
