Single girder cranes and double girder cranes

Double girder overhead cranes have versatile application areas. It is the ideal solution for high hoisting capacities and heavy working conditions. Due to their robust construction and compact design, they are more economical compared to other cranes. We have production in 1 - 100 tons range.

Single Girder Overhead Travelling Cranes have low cost compared to other cranes. It is preferred where the working conditions are difficult and the bridge distance is shorter. We have been producing between 500 kg - 16 tons as standard.

With our assistance and convenience functions, our cranes provide safety and support during operation.

Our crane end carriages, which we have developed in various designs, offer flexibility and high operating reliability. These compact, modular rail-mounted travel units can be connected direct to crane girders and load-bearing structures. Our end carriages consist of a torsionally rigid box section and complete travel units with geared motors and wheels from the Demag modular system, which can be configured for all load capacity ranges. These combinations result in solutions to meet specific application requirements for safe crane and machinery travel motions that are kind to the rails.

JDN Cranes The delivery programme comprises explosion-proof overhead travelling cranes suspension cranes as well as slewing cranes which can be adapted to your individual demands as complete special installations are our speciality. According to necessities JDN hoists in motor trolleys or monorail systems are integrated in the crane installation. A comfortable and user-friendly pneumatic speed control is also available as for example the standard two speed control for crane and trolley drive. An infinitely variable speed control of the trolley and the hoist is also possible. Our mini cranes MRK can be used on any surface, fit into any van when folded and can be easily loaded and unloaded. Thanks to the crawler chassis, the assembly cranes can easily travel over uneven surfaces and even master extreme inclines. Thanks to the emission-free electric drive and the non-staining chains, they are also suitable for indoor use. They are operated directly or by radio remote control. Heavydrive offers you a wide range of these flexible all-rounders up to a maximum load of 10,000 kg for rent or purchase.
