Our Infrared ovens can be produced as conveyor belt tunnel or internal return (U) type. Our ovens have andirect heating system with radiation heat transfer. They are used due to the cure flat shaped parts after wet or powder coating paint applications. They are preferred because they can cure the paint three times faster than the convectional type ovens. They can be produced with natural gas or lamp type infrareds. The inner surfaces of our ovens’ panels are produced with a galvanizedor stainless steel sheets and the outer surfaces are produced with galvanized sheet steel coated with electrostatic powder paint. Considering the application temperature, the required thicknesses determined and rock wool or glass wool is used for insulation.

Our continuous type ovens can be produced as belt tunnel type, internal return (U) type or with span conveyor. Our ovens have the indirect heating thermo-block system with convection heat transfer. It can be manufactured according to power supply sources like electricity, gas or liquid fuel. The inner surfaces of our ovens’ panels are produced with galvanized sheet and the outer surfaces are produced with galvanized sheet steel coated with electrostatic powder paint. Considering the application temperature, the required thickness (usually 160 mm) is determined and only rock wool is used for insulation. Air curtains in the furnace are placed inlet and outlet of the oven to minimize heat loss while increasing the efficiency.

Our box type ovens have the indirect heating thermo-block system with convection heat transfer. It can be manufactured according to power supply sources like electricity, gas or liquid fuel. The inner surfaces of our ovens’ panels are produced with galvanized sheet and the outer surfaces are produced with galvanized sheet steel coated with electrostatic powder paint. Considering the application temperature, the required thickness (usually 160mm) is determined and only rock wool is used for insulation. For paint applications up to 220 °C, for special purposes up to 400 °C ovens can be produced by our company. The doors of our box type furnaces can be produced as double-sided, top opening or as guillotine door according to needs.

Roller chains with elastomer profiles are ideal for applications where fragile goods such as coated or thin sheet metal, planed wooden planks or pipes require precise conveyor handling. The chain has a rubber profile that prevents scratches during conveyor transportation. Vulcanized elastomer profiles are available in various standard forms and special profiles are also available on request for special applications.

The oven is specially designed for the transfer process that works with the sublimation principle to give wood, marble or special effects to the outer surface of aluminum profiles and sheets. The pattern on a polyester film is transferred to the outer surface of the previously base powder coated aluminum profiles or sheets using vacuum application and heat. Wood effect transfer system consists of a trolley with special vacuum heads, a vacuum pump system, sublimation oven with circulation system and fully PLC control system.

TS-3 Series vehicle scales have a complete steel platform. It is a scale model consisting of a complete steel platform that does not take up any space on the ground, especially at factory entrances, increases the maneuverability of vehicles in narrow spaces mounted under the ground, and can work for many years under difficult heavy-duty conditions. IPE type steel is used on the platform. Although the top coating sheet varies according to the scale capacity, it is at least 10mm thick. In TS-3 series scales, between 4 and 10 units, each with a capacity of 30 tons, C4 class stainless steel, CT-30t model load cells (load cell) is used in OIML R60 standards.

The Cube has a metal frame as a substructure, Base struts made of powder-coated sheet steel. Sides, bottom and top are made of 38 mm thick coated chipboard and corner joints are made of aluminium. In the middle pillar the technology is located (approx. at a height of 800 mm) a dimmer for the LED lighting, a double socket 230 volts and two USB ports. The rear wall consists of 10 mm VSG Optiwhite glass, set in an aluminum profile frame. The upholstery elements are made of polyurethane foam and a fabric cover made of 100% polyester.

With our aluminum sheet supply, we provide services to many sectors, especially construction, automotive, white goods, defense industry and technology sectors. Aluminum in the form of rolls can be cut in sheets up to 6000 mm in length, in line with customer demands, by passing through the smoothing group rollers in our length cutting machine. According to the request of our customers, foil-coated or paper-in-between sheet plates are cut. With our test devices such as spectrometer, tensile test device, sample heat treatment furnace, viscosity device, the production process is controlled from the melting of the raw material to the packaging stage. Our products comply with AA, EN and ASTM norms. In accordance with international packaging standards, packaging is made with waterproof wooden pallets. All our packages have a test certificate.
