Coils with thickness between 0.3 mm - 3 mm are cut in lengths between 300 mm - 6000 mm.

Coils with thickness between 0.3 mm - 3 mm are cut in widths between 21 mm - 1600 mm.

6 types of surface applications can be done within 450mm-1600mm width, 0.4mm-3mm thickness from coil to coil or 450mm-1600mm width, 0.5mm-4mm from sheet to sheet.

Aluminum profiles are produced for use in various sectors and for different purposes, with our 1100 UST 5 ” and 1650 UST 6” extrusion lines in Standard Aluminum facilities integrated with the latest technology . First class aluminum billet raw materials used in our extrusion lines consist of 6xxx series alloys. The extrusion process can be briefly defined as taking the shape of the mold and lengthening the profiles by passing large aluminum billets under high temperature and pressure through aluminum extrusion molds made of special steels at high temperature.

It is used to break protrusions in flour factories. Başak, kapçı etc. Used to break protrusions. Machine hammers and fan work coupled to the engine. The broken product is carried to the desired location by the fan. The crusher fan has a maximum sending height of 50 meters. By having the flange type connection model, it can be cleaned during the system maintenance. Using special materials (stainless steel and brass), flawless and long life-span design. ESSOSF Series Oil Seperators are designed to seperate the mixture of the oil and refrigerant which caused by the compressors’ discharge. By the return of the discharged oil to the compressor, the life-span of the compressor and system is extended. Using the flator system to ensure high performance by closing the oil return line when there is not enough oil volume in the oil seperator. Using special materials (stainless steel and brass), flawless and long life-span design. ESSOSF Series Oil Seperators are designed with Solder type connections as a standart. The oil return connection is SAE 1/4″. Our modern steelwork fabrication shops have computer-aided design and detailing (CAD), which is linked directly to factory floor computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery, creating a genuine seamless CAD/CAM environment. The accuracy of the computer-generated details being transmitted directly to the CNC machinery increases the quality standards of the production.
