1. Foam Filled Fender Foam-filled fenders are constructed with an energy-absorbing foam core and a tough outer skin of filament-reinforced polyurea elastomer. 2. Fender Skin The elastomer used in the fender skin is polyurea. The skin is reinforced by filament winding wrap in a helical and hoop direction, which is controlled by an automatic winding system with load cell sensors at each filament. We are one of the very few printing houses that offer UV offset printing on various types of non-absorbent surfaces, such as foils and plastics. For this printing method, we use modern Heidelberg machines, which enable us to precisely print on any material (PVC, PP, PET self-adhesive foils, etc.) using inks that are UV-cured after application. In UV offset printing, the ink applied to the substrate is cured with ultraviolet light. Using UV lamps we can print on any type of substrate, from synthetic paper to foils or plastics, where traditional offset printing is impossible. The UV printing technique allows us to achieve an almost photographic quality of prints. The imprints have increased resistance to mechanical damage and adverse weather conditions. Another great advantage of UV offset printing is a variety of refinement possibilities. We can apply selective varnishes, hot-stamping, foils or embossing.

NEDEX secondary sealant MELTEX hotmelt butyl (hot melt sealant) is a 100% solids, single-component sealant designed for the sealed insulating glass industry. It is formulated from butyl rubber, synthetic polymers and elastomers to give outstanding adhesion to glass and aluminum when fabricated manually or reactivated in semi- automatic equipment. The product is resistant to degradation from ultraviolet light, temperature extremes and water immersion. MELTEX hotmelt butyl is is compatible with inner sealants of NEDEX such as KU-83B and PIB-996. They can be used together, there will be no chemical reactions. Before using MELTEX together with other inner sealants chemical compatibility tests should be done. MELTEX is a secondary sealant for Insulating Glass Unit with specifications according to EN 1279.
