The Acme Bolt Seal is an ISO 17712:2013 (E) compliant high security bolt seal, designed for high value ISO container cargo shipments. The plastic coated bolt and locking bush is laser marked with identical sequential numbers for added security. When locked the bolt spins freely to confirm seal integrity. The Round Lead Seal is designed with two parallel holes and a knot chamber. During fitting the wire or string is threaded through the two parallel holes and crossed inside the knot chamber before closing with the sealing tool to prevent slippage. The LS31F Seal Cross-hole Lead Seal is designed so that the lashed wire is crimped together when the seal is compressed with the sealing tool. The effect of crimping the lashed wire together alleviates any chance of twisting the wire out of the hole without leaving clear evidence of tampering. To optimize security the sealing tool dies can be engraved to emboss or deboss characters /numbers/logo onto the seal so giving reference to the application user. The Acetyl insert is durable and will withstand freezing and boiling conditions, whilst the polypropylene body is flexible for easy use. The Acme T Seal is a fixed length metal seal manufactured in Tin plated steel. The design features a unique double locking action and inspection holes in the lock box which enable the user and security personnel to view the tips of the "T" mechanism within the lock box ensuring the seal has been correctly locked and has not been pre-tampered. This seal cannot be disengaged by intrusion or manipulation, nor can it be dismantled or cut without leaving obvious traces. Manufacture of bespoke “O” rings specialising in silicones and fluorosilicones. Made from extruded sections cut to length and the two ends joined by vulcanisation to ensure a durable bond and maintaining the integrity of the seal. Sections and materials available are sponge, hollow tube, solid, D shape, rectangular etc. Rectangular picture frame gaskets with mitred corners can also be made in this way.

Electrically conductive elastomers are made from silicone or fluorosilicone loaded with highly conductive particles such as silver plated aluminium, silver plated copper, nickel coated graphite and pure nickel. “O” rings can be vulcanised or moulded depending on customer's request and needs. Conductive elastomers offer an excellent temperature range and are resistance to compression set whilst fluorosilicone has superior resistance to fuel oils and solvents.

Solid and sponge silicone populated with vertically oriented monel or aluminium wires up to 140/sq cm. Provides excellent shielding with EMP survivability and will also provide an environmental seal. Available as sheet stock, strip or die cut to customer design and can be easily fabricated for large picture frame gaskets. Also available with self adhesive backing and compression stops or collars can be fitted to prevent over compression.
