It has a wide range of simulation, which is resolved in 0.1 °C steps and makes many assignments in chemistry-, measuring-, controlling-, medicine and household applications, food industry, vehicle construction, air- and space travel and power plants easy to solve. Often in the past several simulators had to be used alongside to achieve either resolution or the range of the relevant application. As an extra advantage to the user temperatures can be entered in degrees celsius. Additional extensive conversions and readings in tabulation sheets are no longer necessary. The MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1002 series are direct support cylinders for vehicle construction. A robust cylinder connection is made possible by welding blocks. The support plates are ± 15 ° swivel. The cylinder connections have threaded holes for pipe connections according to BSPP ISO 1179-2. Hub and piston rod overhang are variably selectable. Control of the cylinders is possible on both sides via integrated hydraulically operated check valves in plate construction. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. The really powerful tool from HONSEL for blind rivets up to 8.0 mm diameter! With a very long stroke of 25 mm it is also eminently suitable for the setting of high-strength FERO® BOLT blind rivets. The BZ 123A is to be found in industrial series production, for example, of truck semi-trailers, and in individual vehicle and trailer construction – wherever large numbers of safety-relevant blind rivets have to be set quickly and reliably.
