Volumetric cup fillers enable the volumetric dosing of granular products. They can be fitted to all models of vertical form fill and seal machines and are offered in two series: 6 cups or 12 cups. Both models are equipped with a feed hopper with controlled outlet, a product level sensor, a series of cups made of food-grade material, a fixed lower cup carrier and, in automatic mode, a height-adjustable upper cup carrier with cup level sensor. The product is unloaded by gravity at the inlet of the packaging machine and, for fine products, the unloading system is equipped with a flap that prevents the product from spilling.

The auger feeder series enables the volumetric dosing of powdery products with fine granulation, which can sometimes present problems of compactness, dust content and variable density, such as cocoa, curry and other "powdery" products. The various problems associated with processing the products are solved, starting with feeding the product through a hermetically sealed hopper equipped with a level sensor and a motorised agitator. The screw, made from a single solid mass, has an electronically controlled speed by means of a servo motor, which allows the use of acceleration and deceleration ramps that ensure an immediate screw stop, thus guaranteeing optimum dosing accuracy.

The endless piston principle convinces in handling abrasive ingredients: Fillings and dosages in the cosmetics industry are subject to strict guidelines. In addition to the statutory and market standards, there are those required by the product itself. In this case, these are gels with microparticles which push some dosing systems to their limits in the manufacturing process. The contained microparticles, such as ground stone fruit seeds or alumina or plastic particles are very abrasive, but peeling pastes and body scrubs can no longer be imagined without them. Exactly this effect is desired by the consumer in order to remove surface layers of the skin. However, the handling of these highly abrasive pastes is often difficult or damages pumps and other processing machines and increases the wear of the systems extremely ̶ and thus also the running costs.

Volumetric flasks are highly transparent, easy to clean, and meet Class A tolerances. Flasks are molded PFA, which is highly resistant to heat and chemical contamination. PFA surface properties offer superior clean-up compared to glass and reduces risk of sample carryover in trace analysis applications. PPF SERIES: PNEUMATIC FILLERS FOR CREAMS AND SAUCES STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304 - easy washable Volumetric dosing with pneumatic operation series PPF for the dosing of sauces and creams. Stainless steel AISI 304 construction with column for floor installation and adjustable support. Easy use and cleaning idael for small workshops and frequent variations in production. The pneumatic volumetric dosers DV series are used for precise filling of a wide range of food products (creams, sauces, jams, honey, yogurt) or non-aggressive chemical-cosmetic products (creams, lubricants, detergents, liquid soap, shampoo). Made of stainless steel, they come with a tabletop support or an adjustable height support platform and a supporting column. The dosage can be easily adjusted using a handwheel with a graduated reference scale. The pistons can be completely disassembled using clamp clamps for cleaning operations. The dosers are equipped with a foot pedal control for starting the semi-automatic dosing process. A stainless steel hopper with variable capacity depending on the models is provided (for maximum precision, the use of the hopper is recommended). Production: from 3 to 12 doses per minute, depending on the dosing volume.
