All of the Jet Flow Boiler Feed Water Heaters are designed in accordance with HEI standards, TEMA and ASME codes. Jet Flow uses state of the art computer programs to perform the thermal hydraulic and mechanical design of each Feed Water Heater we fabricate. Jet Flow designs and manufactures both Low Pressure (LP) and High Pressure (HP) feed water heaters which may be installed either vertically or horizontally, depending on the plant design requirements. Each Jet Flow Feed Water Heater will contain from one to three separate heat transfer areas of zones including the Condensing, Desuperheating and Subcooling zones. Our heaters can be provided with multiple zones within the shell side Condensing Zone Included in all heaters,steam is condensed in this zone and non condensable gases are removed.

Flexible Polyester Heaters consist of a conductive ink between two insulation layers of polyester. The heater can be pressed on or fixed with a self-adhesive foil. Wrapped in PVC the use in liquids is possible as well. Typical standard applications are e.g. mirror heaters, water bed heaters, or low temperature room heaters. For terrarium and aquarium heaters we offer standard elements as well.

These heaters are supplied CE marked in acc. the latest CENELEC requirements or manufactured to the latest IEC standards. Typical electric process heaters applications include heating of liquids i.e. heat transfer oil or fuel oil, glycol reboilers and water heaters and heating of pressurized gases i.e. pressurized air, superheated water steam, nitrogen or other compositions of gases.

Due to the small diameter construction of the vessel it is perfectly suitable for low volume or mass flow. These heaters are supplied CE marked in acc. the latest CENELEC requirements or manufactured to the latest IEC standards. Typical electric process heaters applications include heating of liquids i.e. heat transfer oil or fuel oil, glycol reboilers and water heaters and heating of pressurized gases i.e. pressurized air, superheated water steam, nitrogen or other compositions of gases. Thyristor control systems are also designed and supplied by OhmEx to control the range of electric process heaters. BORSIG supplies synthesis gas boilers for gas pressures up to 350 bar (35,000 kPa) and steam pressures up to 160 bar (16,000 kPa). They are used in the synthesis gas loop of ammonia plants.
