Pale Rose Wine 100% Granache. Colour: Bright cerise-red. Crystalline. Aroma: On the nose, we find the typical characteristics of the Pagos de Araiz Grenache grape The sweet red fruit; strawberry and lemon mingled with surprising nuances, reminiscent of white pears, peaches, roses and lychee fruit, offers an aromatic note to the explosive aroma. Palate: Pleasant and sweet. The presence of red fruit stands out. The mid-palate is long, stable and vibrant. This Rosé wine is full of volume and has a persistent aftertaste; you won’t want to stop drinking it. Serving at 8-20 degrees Celcius Dark Rose 100% Syrah • Tasting Notes Colour: Rich robe with an intense violet colour. Aroma: Ripe red fruit with floral violet nuances, together with elegant toasted, balsamic and spicy notes. This wine is complex but balanced. Taste: Full, elegant and velvety, powerful that awards an embracing sensation of plenitude. The aftertaste is long and complex with persistent ripe fruit and spices.

Orquida Negra Joven is made with grapes from the winery’s own estate, cultivated following integrated farming methods. The vineyards are on average 20 years old and lie on rolling slopes with sandy, silty, rocky soil. The 2019 harvest in Navarra offered lower yields than the previous year. After a complicated year with a dry winter and a cold and stormy spring, the summer was warm and enjoyed low rainfall, enabling complete and homogenous ripening. The grapes boasted an impeccable sanitary condition, awarding the production of wines with great possibilities

Jaleo Roble is made with grapes from the winery’s own estate, cultivated following integrated farming methods and mainly using organic farming practices. The vineyards are on average 20 years old and grow on rolling slopes with sandy, silty, rocky soil. Due to a delay in the vegetative cycle, the 2018 harvest was moderate in amount compared to the previous vintage. After a complicated year with a cold and rainy winter and a stormy spring, the summer was warm and enjoyed low rainfall, leading to complete and homogenous ripening.

Our own private label wine is made up of grapes from our 300 hectares vineyards in Olite, in Ribera Alta, Navarra, picked at the optimum ripeness level. The production of these vineyards does not exceed 5.000 Kg/Ha. Apellation D. O. NAVARRA Coupage Tempranillo 75%, Garnacha 18%, Cabernet-sauvignon 5%, Others 2%. Harvested in the middle of September when grapes are destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for a maceration period of approximately seven days. Malolactic conversion and later aging in tanks where the wine remains on lees until stabilization and bottling.

Tocando Cielo Rosé wine is made with grapes from the winery’s estate, grown in accordance with the principles of integrated agriculture. The vineyards where our Grenache grapes lie are on average 20 years old and grow on rolling hills in stony, loamy-limestone soil in Olite village, in the middle of Navarra with Mediterranean and Pyrenean influence. The 2019 harvest was small in quantity, in particular when compared to the previous year. After a dry, cold winter and stormy spring, the summer was warm and didn’t have much rain, enabling complete and homogeneous ripening. Production is limited to 15,000 bottles.

Aurora Rosado is made with grapes from the winery’s estate, grown in accordance with the principles of integrated agriculture. The vineyards where our Grenache grapes grow are on average 20 years old and lie on rolling hills in stony, loamy-limestone soil. The 2019 vintage was marked by a dry winter and rainy spring, however the vegetative cycle took a normal course. The summer was dry with occasional storms. The harvest was small due to the yield control techniques carried out in the vineyard and because blossoming was affected in spring. Despite being a complicated year with the storms in spring, the sanitary state of the grape was well controlled and the physiological and phenolic ripening was optimum and homogeneous.

The aftertaste is long and complex with persistent ripe fruit and spices. Serve at 18 degrees. Alcohol content 14% • Aging: 12 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels

Cabernet sauvignon, tempranillo and garnacha. Intense cherry color with violet hues, deep and bright. On the nose it has a good intensity with a clean and marked aroma varietal character reminiscent of ripe fruit with an elegant touch of violet. The mouthfeel is gentle noticing the tannins in conjunction with floral nuances that lead to a long and elegant aftertaste.

White Wine Protected Designation of Jumilla Variety: 100% Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2022 Color: Clean, bright crystalline Nose: Deep aromas, tropical background and hints of peach. Mouth: Expressive, complex with mineral touches that provides a lasting taste. Pairing: Perfect with sushi, seafood, fish, rice, salads and also pasta and white meat. Alcohol: 13.00%
