Our worms and worm wheels manufacturing is from 1 module to 12 modules and up to Ø600mm that are used in all sectors we work with.

The new direct-current motors with worm gear enable quiet and economically efficient operation with drylin® lead screw units. The worm wheel has a spline to which the drive pin of the linear unit is connected. As a result, a motor flange and coupling are unnecessary and, this taken in conjunction with the motor adapter angled by 90°, the structure of the linear module is very compact. Note for ordering Wheels/screws can only be combined to form a worm gear if they have the same centre distance and transmission ratio. Note A worm gear consists of a worm screw (shaft) and a worm wheel. Suitable for forming worm drives with a 90° shaft angle. A worm drive enables very large speed reduction ratios with a single stage. The toothing has the flank shape K. The engagement angle is 15°. The worm gears are prebored. The stated T2 output torques are the permissible output torques on the worm wheel. These apply for an input speed of 2800 rpm of the worm screw. This multisided applicable precision rotary table is available in installation size of 300 mm of rotary plate diameter. The rotation plate is stored by a tempered roller-bearing. This enabled high moment rigidity within the radial and axial range as well as free positioning at less friction moments. The drive takes place alternatively via stepper- or AC servomotors by a hardened and polished precision worm with a worm wheel of bronze. The rotary table is horizontal and vertically applicable by standard drilling plan and bolting face.

Compact single-stage gear with solid or hollow shaft combined with a 24V DC permanent magnet motor. Different shaft positions are possible. Worm screws, gear wheels, slide rails and other technical mouldings are today made of engineering plastics such as POM (polyoxymethylene), PA (polyamide) or PE (polyethylene). These materials with different property profiles (negative high water absorption with PA, poorer wear behaviour with PE) are supplied as sheets or rods. The required moulded parts are then produced by mechanical processing (turning, milling etc.) in a more or less complex manner. Effective injection moulding is only worthwhile for large quantities together with small component sizes, otherwise the high tool costs cannot be amortized. secutexTechno is characterised by high hardness (70° Shore D) and rigidity over a wide temperature range. It retains its high toughness down to 30 °C, has a high abrasion resistance and a low coefficient of friction. The intrinsic colour is yellow, making it well suited for technical applications. Mechanical processing is simple and comparable with other hard plastics.
