4A Autoclave Tape is an adhesive tape used in autoclaving to indicate whether a specific temperature has been reached. 4A Autoclave Tapes has a Type 1 indicator. 4A Autoclave Tape works by changing color after exposure to temperatures commonly used in sterilization processes. Tape also features a chemical indicator to verify that it has gone through the sterilization process. 4A Sterilization Reels provide sterile storage in packages and keep package sterile for 6 months and do not permit microorganisms to enter inside the package after sterilization cycle. The process indicators that are printed on the side of the Sterilization Reels are water based and conforms with ISO 11140. 4A Sterilization Reels are used for steam, ethylene oxide, formaldehyde sterilization methods. The sterilization conditions should be determined by the end user regarding to material to be sterilized. 4A Sterilization Reels meet ISO 11607 standards and they are manifactured using state-of-art technology with the highest quality. 4A Sterilization Flat Reels can be produced from medical paper as 60gr/m2 veya 70gr /m2 and 52 micron, PP+PET green film. 4A Tyvek Reels are high quality products manifactured from tyvek paper and 52 micron white (transparent) (PET+PE) film to be used in plasma sterilization. While 4A Tyvek Reels are suitable for low temperature gas plasma sterilization, they can be also used for ethylene oxide and gamma sterilization if needed. Any dimension between 5cm – 50cm can be made on request. 100m length can be produced as well on request. Products can be produced with your trademark.

4A Bowie Dick Test Packs are the testing packages that should be used before starting daily machine sterilization process for steam sterilization devices. Bowie Dick Test Pack is used for the purpose of testing whether there is air leakage and efficient steam penetration in the steam sterilizers. 4A Bowie Dick Test Packs color change allows assurance of whether the steam sterilizers are ready for the sterilization or not. Different kinds od Bowie Dick Test Packs are available in 4A production. 4A Sterilization Control Products are used to supervise sterilisation process. 4A Sterilization Control products are produced with water based non toxic paint. Our indicators that conform with ISO 11140-1 certificates are products that provide convenience to users to evaluate the sterilization process and result. Biological indicators are test systems containing viable microorganisms providing a defined resistance to a specific sterilization process. A biological indicator provides information on whether necessary conditions were met to kill a specified number of microorganisms for a given sterilization process, providing a level of confidence in the process. Biological indicators, depending on the specific type, can be used for various sterilization processes using steam, hydrogen peroxide gas or ethylene oxide. We have the following 4A Biological Indicator types: 4A Steam Biological Indicator (3h) is specifically designed for the monitoring steam sterilization processes at 121 – 134 °C. The final readout of a processed biological indicator with respect to the indicator type should be made after 3 hours (4ARSBI) or 24h (4ASBI) of incubation at 60+/- 2 °C. 4A Ethylene Oxide Biological Indicator (4AEOBI) is specifically designed for the monitoring of ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization processes.

4A Esu Pencil is for one time use and hand controlled. In surgical procedures yellow button is used to burn and blue button is used to cut coagulation process. With 3 inputs, it is compatible with all cautery devices. 4A Esu Pencil is used for cutting and fractionation living cell with sudden high frequency which is produced from electro devices in the surgery application.

The product, which has a collection capacity of 2000 ml has been produced as a mono block body to cancel out the possibility of air bubbles. The product has definitely been produced from a non breakable raw material and is positioned on a wide plate to prevent tilting over. With the flexible hose and spiral property, it is easy to use. Air leakage controls of the products are made with special air leakage control tests developed by us. There is a hanger to make it easier to carry. There is a funnel for water filling.
