Infrared Heated Dyeing machine designed for dyeing small samples of Textile materials. Suitable for Hightemperature and Atmospheric dyeing methods. Available with 200cc or 300cc capacity as 10, 16 or 24 beaker / with 500cc or 1200cc as 4, 8 or 12 beaker units.

HT ECO JET is a sample fabric dyeing machine which has 1-3,5-8,10-15,25,50 Kg types. With the special drum type design, it provides the opportunity to save 20-25 percent of the float compared to other dyeing machines. With the automatic adjustment nozzle system, the nozzle pressure can be controlled from the programmer.

Designed for washing the dyed textile samples with the same process as in the bulk production machines. Available with 3 chemical addition pumps and reserves. Automatic filling and draining and temperature gradient control helps the operator to create the cycle as per demand. The sample holder movement speed is adjustable and effects positively to optimize the wash effect. According to the design of the machine bleaching, desizing and Atmospheric dyeings can be made as well.

GK40E Lab Stenter/Steamer is used for all drying, fixation and thermolising processes. Minimal space requirement allows the unit to be used in all kind of laboratories. GK40E can be used for any kind of materials and aplicaitons such as Textile Dyed samples curing, Textile printed samples fixation, Textile and Leather coating curing, Paint curing and fixation on Metal surface. The Sample Holders can be provided with pins, Clamps, Web or any special requirement. GK40E is used also at E-Control applications. It is equipped with own Steam generaqtor and Humidity control and adjustment unit.

From single to multi kiers HT – HP dyeing machine (4,5 bars 140°C) working in air-pad system – Steam heated – Material carrier for bobbins, fabrics, narrow fabrics , loose fibres, hanks, stripes and zipper bands. Suitable apparatus for small production and sampling trial. Modular construction of of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 kiers with all possible connections between the kiers. Each kier can be charged with different type of materials and has a volume from 10 up to 25 (FLEXY 1B,2B,3B), 40 (FLEXY 4B,5B) and 50 (FLEXY SPECIAL) litres.

High Performance Ovens is engineered to meet the most critical temperature requirements. They are designed for continuous drying operations at temperatures up to 240°C. Horizontal air flow provides fast heat-up and recovery and ensures rapid drying. Heated air is continuously circulated by turbo blower. A high temperature gasket door seal eliminates air leakage and ensures longer gasket life while being subjected to extreme operational temperatures.

GK40C Continuous Stenter is designed to make Chemical and impregnation application on Fabric samples in laboatories with bulk production conditions. Thermasoling, Fixation, Drying, Heat setting or any similar application can made on 35cm fabrics. Can be designed according to customers demand like Continuous Stenter with Chain, lamination Line, Pad Thermasol line, Pad Dry-Pad Steam line and/or special application Curing line.

Available as CRM01 Automatic or CRM02 Manuel version. Crockmeter is used for testing the transference of color from the surface of one material to another by either wet or dry rubbing. Helps to Determine the fastness value according to the descirption made in ISO EN 105 or AATCC. All kind of Samples can be easiliy placed and hold by a polyacarbon holder and frcitionless surface.

The vertical padder type F350 can be used for dyeing and finishing small material samples. The discontinuous F350 can be equipped with winding and unwinding rollers. The rollers can be easily put on DI05 Rotary waiting stationary and the whole continuus padbatch process can be made. Precise pressure adjustment helps to handle the nip pressure and unifromity easy
