We also sell sweeteners in several versions, e.g. granulated sugar, powdered sugar, xylitol or stevia. We offer selected products designed to emphasize the taste of specific dishes. It is, for example, a seasoning for bigos, boiled beans or minced meat dishes . Powdered Agave Sugar is made by finely milling granulated agave sugar into a fine powder. Like granulated agave sugars, it’s approximately 40% sweeter than regular sugar and dissolves easily. In industrial recipes, agave sugar powder is used in the production of hard texture confectionery, hard texture baked goods and anything else that specifically requires a powder sweetener.

Date sugar is not actually sugar but the product of dried dates that have been ground into fine pieces, date sugar is intensely sweet, with a richness similar to brown sugar.
