Ideal for compact guided cylinder applications while retaining an ISO cylinder. 2 ranges of linear guide units for ISO 21287 cylinder Depending on the stroke and the lateral forces, 2 ranges are available to guide the rod of ISO 21287 cylinders. . 34*EC series is the most compact version, with a rigid connection of the cylinder rod directly screwed into the front plate. This model is therefore limited to cylinders with stroke up to 50 mm. . 34*EF series has a floating rod coupling between the cylinder rod and the front plate. It will also be used in tight spaces, but for short strokes (<100 mm), it may be advisable to use a compact cylinder ISO 21287 with the guides

H guide unit for pneumatic cylinders ISO Ø12 to Ø100 Long guide on ball bushings or bronze bearings Protected by wipers seals H guide unit according ISO standard This Classic series of linear guide unit is the most common on the market. It ensure the guiding and antirotation of the payload, the floating coupling protects the rod of the cylinder from any mechanical stress. Adapted to the ISO6432 (Ø12 to 25) and ISO15552 (Ø32 to 100) cylinders, we can also adapt other types of pneumatic cylinders or electric actuators. Guide unit on plain bearing or ball bearing The plain bearings version is recommended for static radial loads, short strokes, dusty environments, it’s the more economical version. The ball bushings version is recommended for precision (no radial play), high loads at horizontal, long strokes and offcentering loads. For critical applications, we propose Strengthened and Heavy series and for simple antirotations, you can opt for Useries, Classic or Light.

Guide unit for Ø125 cylinder Adapted to the ISO6432 (Ø25) and ISO15552 (Ø32 to 125) cylinders, we can also adapt other types of pneumatic cylinders or electric actuators. The thick front plate also allows long centering of the guide rods for better resistance to torsion. Only available in plain bearing version, it’s recommended for important radial loads in static. Sturdy guide for Ø125 cylinder Adapted to the ISO6432 (Ø25) and ISO15552 (Ø32 to 125) cylinders, this range therefore also makes it possible to meet the more robust guide needs for Ø125 cylinders, the guide rods then being Ø40, on 4 plain bearings. Anticorroding heavy guide For environments requiring an anticorrosion version, the steel parts can be supplied in stainless steel (rods, coupling, screws), the body and front plate are remaining in anodized aluminum (suffix /AC after the reference). Scrapers in polyurethane can be proposed for dusty or dirty environments.

With limited dimensions, it permits to use an ISO cylinder for shortstroke translations, while protecting the rod of the cylinder with its floating rod coupling. Front plate in steel on guide unit These guide units are equipped with a front plate a zinc steel for better resistance to torsion. Indeed, when the front plate exerts an offcentered pressure before the end stroke of the cylinder or if the guide undergoes an external force offcentered with respect to the axis of the guide, the generated twist can cause a matting of the housing of the rod in the plate if it is aluminum, especially if the penetration of the rod is low (as on the Classic series). This range is available on the Classic, Strengthened and Heavy series for Ø50 to Ø125 cylinders.

For pneumatic cylinders ISO Ø8 and Ø10 Guide on bronze bearings or ball bushings The smallest guide unit in the range It’s the smallest unit, suitable for ISO6432 Ø8 and Ø10 pneumatic cylinders, allowing an ISO cylinder to be kept for small guided cylinder applications. It has a long Ushape to remain compact and have a guide length comparable to an Hshape. For environments requiring an anticorrosion version, the steel parts can be supplied in stainless steel (rods, coupling, screws), the body and the front plate are remaining in anodized aluminum (suffix /AC after the reference). Any special stroke is possible, with a maxi stroke of 200 mm.
