The complete testing pump unit is installed on a trolley with suspension device and thus designed for mobile use outside. It is available with different explosion protection versions. Operation takes place via cable remote control. Pre-selection of the maximum test pressure can be continuously adjusted to up to 5,500 bar. The pump is switched off automatically after the set pressure is reached. The flow rate can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 1 l per minute just like for the workstation pressure testing pump.

AUTOFRETTAGE MAXIMUM PRESSURE PUMP The complete pump unit is installed on a base frame; it is operated with an operating panel that is connected with the pump via cable. Pre-selection of the maximum test pressure can be continuously adjusted to up to 12,000 bar. The pump is switched off automatically after the set pressure is reached. The flow rate can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 0.5 l per minute and thus enables a defined build-up of the required autofrettage pressure.

These test stations are designed for pressure testing of valves with an operating pressure of up to 5,500 bar. Gas compressors and pressure reservoir for testing with nitrogen as well as hydraulic stations for connecting and switching valve drives are available. The complete high-pressure valve test station is controlled with a central control panel. Mobile or fixed pressure testing pump can be used to generate pressures of up to 5,500 bar.

Peroxide dosing pumps are specially designed for the injection of peroxide in polyethylene reactors (LDPE). High-quality components and materials guarantee highest operating safety. All electrical and electronic components are suitable for use in explosion-prone zones. High dosing accuracy and nearly pulsation-free delivery of the proximity switches with operating pressures of up to 3,500 bar distinguish these high pressure pumps.
