2ZE4 liquid ring vacuum pump can provide efficient operation over vacuum range from 160mbar-1013mbar without any need to change the pump internal parts. Our 2BE4 liquid ring vacuum pump is available in 20models, with capacity ranging from 2,000 to 32,300 m³/h. When equipped with a center shroud inside pump casing, split vacuum operation up to 400 mbar differential can be achieved. To satisfy the customer's different ways of installation, both top and side inlet and outlet are opened and machined, our standard pump material is cast iron, for special application, pump in stainless steel SS304, stainless steel SS316L, stainless steel SS321, duplex stainless steel SS2205 and cast iron pump with stainless steel flow parts are available. It is the ideal pump for demanding environments like the paper, power, mining, and chemical process industries.

Our 2ZE3 liquid ring vacuum pump is available in 20 models,and is ATEX Certified. It offers reliable operation and economic power consumption. 2ZE3 series liquid ring vacuum pump can be driven by V-belt, synchrony motor or gear box. In order to save space, more than two sets or at most four sets of the 2ZE3 pumps can be driven by one motor simultaneously. We also have 2ZE3 pump with Partition wall in pump casing special for paper industry. To satisfy the customer's different ways of installation, both top and side inlet and outlet are opened and machined. Pump cover flange is machined by boring machine, equipped with auto-drain valve to prevent customers from the on-load starting. Every product of the company, from casting, fasteners, machining, assembling, testing, painting and package will be strictly inspected before shipment. All products are carrying out full performance testing before delivery and testing report, material report will be supplied together with pump.

2ZE1 liquid ring vacuum pump is our key products since we started production. It is one of most commonly used vacuum pump in the world. With ATEX Certification, it has been used in almost all industrial vacuum application and has been providing thousands of facilities in different application with reliable performance. We offer same outline dimensions for bolt-on replacement and equivalent performances with other commonly used vacuum pump. Available in cast iron, SS304, SS316L,SS321 and duplex stainless steel SS2205, and a combination of both materials. We also offer pump with ceramic coating for special application.

2ZV5 liquid ring vacuum pump is single stage monoblock design vacuum pump. It offers Space-saving installation, compared to conventional pumps, the 2ZV5's monoblock design delivers the benefits of a simple, compact and economical installation. Since the pump and motor are integral and self supporting, there is no need for additional base plates, couplings or guards, which add to the cost, complexity and overall size of the installation. With CE and Atex certificate, it is an ideal product for much different application including Plastics Industry, Medical Industry, Chemical Industry, Processing Industry, Food and Beverage Industry and other General Industry. We offer same outline dimensions for bolt-on replacement and equivalent performances with original commonly used liquid ring vacuum pump.

2ZV2 liquid ring vacuum pump is single stage monoblock design vacuum pump with direct-coupled motors. It is mainly used to extract and pump all dry and moist gases, mainly air and air/vapor mixtures, which are not flammable, explosive or corrosive. It offers capacity of offer capacity from 27-110 m3/h. Its suction pressure can achieve 33mbar (abs). To meet requirement of different power supply, we can supply motor in different voltage, we can offer 380V, 400V, 440V and 525V with IE2 and IE3 standard. Both 50HZ or 60HZ are available, for America or south America market, we also supply 2BV vacuum pump with 60HZ,230/460V with NEMA standard motor. All Motor is from best Chinese motor supplier with CE and NEMA certificate.

Except complete pump, we can offer vacuum pump parts in different material including port plate, shaft sleeve, cone, pump casing, shaft, impeller, pump cover, gland packing, mechanical seal, bearing, gasket and repairing kits for pump maintenance.

The CL series offers medium capacity ranging from 900 to 5100m³/h, it is widely used in many application including: autoclaves, carburetor testing, chucking, condenser exhausting, container filling, cooking, drying, evisceration, exhausting, extruder venting, fiber setting, filtering, forming, gas stripping, molding, pickup and conveying, priming, slot extraction, and solvent recovery. Different with most India cone pump, we are using castings from best domestic foundries，all castings are provided with related material test report . We offering SS420 shaft for all our cast iron pump, it is more reliable in performance and offer longer using life thanIndiaand original Nash CL liquid ring vacuum pump. To meet client’s different installation requirement, we offer both DIN and ANSI flange connection. All our CL liquid ring vacuum pump is 100% performance tested before shipment.

ZHV series vacuum pump is two stage vacuum pump. Out standard material is cast iron with SS304 precision cast impeller, for more aggressive application, pump in complete precision Stainless steel SS304 and SS316L are available. Fitted single mechanical seal as standard shaft sealing type eliminate shaft leakage. Rotation can be clockwise and anticlockwise against client’s requirement. It has approved robust construction. It offers better performance in high vacuum application. We upgrade mechanical seal, bearing, impeller, shaft and most internal parts to get more reliable performance and operation.

The extraction pump is designed to remove water or other liquid from separator tank under vacuum condition. The FPB series extraction pump offers capacity from 23m3/h to 120m3/h with head 15meter or 20 meters. It can totally replaceable with original Nash extraction pump. Available in a combination of cast iron with a SS304 impeller and side plate, SS304 and SS316L construction. It is available in the following options: Bare shaft pumps or complete sets with base plates, motors and drives Spare parts Pump together with front separator tank

Closed circulation vacuum system is consisted with liquid ring vacuum pump and compressor, liquid and gas separator tank, heat exchanger, instrument and valves, internal pipeline, and common base plate. The pumped gas enters the liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor from the pump inlet, after compressed by the liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor, the gas will enter to enter the gas-liquid separator together some of the working liquid. Inside the gas-liquid separator, the gas and liquid are separated, and the gas is discharged from the pump outlet, and the working fluid go from the heat exchanger and enter the liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor for recycling.
