Elevator Belt Connectors

Super Screw connectors are available in different versions of textile reinforced rubber abrasion resistant, heat resistant, oil and grease resistant, white FDA, self extinguishing, with textile on the running surface or in stainless steel. Screws are available in either galvanised or stainless steel. Super Screw connectors are inserted in the belt diagonally and from both sides. After the rubber layer is removed, the connector is installed using just a cordless screwdriver or, in underground mining, using a breast drill or pneumatic screwdriver. Super Screw® connectors are pre installed, depending on the belt width, in lengths up to 3,000 mm or in rolls up to 25,000 mm long. A variety of screws is also available for the initial installation of the connectors or as spare parts, plus various cordless screwdrivers, a pneumatic screwdriver, brace, PZ 2 or PZ 3 cross head bits and a magnetic bit holder.

Metal connectors with self tapping screws are provided for the fast connection of rubber belts using a cordless screwdriver. FTK connectors are also available for round balers and in a special version for grape harvesting machines. Our steel connectors come in galvanised steel or non magnetic stainless steel. FTK connectors can be installed just using a cordless screwdriver because the screws are self tapping. No hole drilling is needed. FTK connectors are available with screws and connecting cables in lengths up to 3,000 mm, depending on belt width. A variety of connecting rods, lock washers and screws is also available for the initial installation of FTK connectors or as spare parts, plus various cordless screwdrivers, a pneumatic screwdriver, brace, PZ 2 cross head bits and a magnetic bit holder.

The drum plastic scraper is for use on light to heavy conveyor belt systems. High quality PU segments for particularly high time of exposure also suitable on spherically rotated drums high flexibility due to PU segments also specially suitable for reversing conveyors belt speeds up to 5 m/s especially for badly damaged belts and PVC belts well suited for use in narrow space conditions limiting damage to the belt longer life expectancy and therefore significant cost savings due to new type of segment shape elastic segments with permanently consistent contact pressure with compression springs (for the automatic regulation of the contact pressure)
