The new Cora®Pleat element is a self-developed product, which is produced in a specifically built production line in Weißenhorn. In this way, Filtertechnik Jäger provides you with products that are developed and manufactured in Germany. Cora®Pleat filter elements are designed for usage in conventional and widely used bag filter housings. The use of folded filter material and the application of a special design and production method, results in filter elements which not only make the bag filter system considerably more effective, but also decisively improve profitability. Bag filters are characterized by a user-friendly application. The previously known disadvantage of the relatively small available filter area is cancelled by the Cora®Pleat element.

Cora®Oil is an oleophilic polyster fleece and a unique technical innovation! Cora®Oil is a high quality thermally bonded polyester nonwoven and capable of separating oil and water. This allows oils to be completely filtered out of water. Another advantage: Cora®Oil can be used in all common band filters.

The polyester high-performance fleece Cora®Deep has a fibre matrix of fine and very fine fibres. Compared to conventional fleeces, it also has a larger layer thickness. Due to the very large amount of "free pores" Cora®Deep achieved above-average dirt-holding capacity (depth filtration). The controlled thermal stabilisation of the high-performance nonwoven allows a classified separation of the particles (large, medium, fine). The Cora®Deep nonwovens are subjected to a novel surface treatment process in order to meet the increasing requirements for a minimum fibre release of filter fabrics: Glazing - a combination of flames and calendering. This means that even the finest particles (5μ, 2μ) are retained.

The technical revolution in fleece filtration: Cora®Perform's special fibre texture is a unique space depth matrix. The dirt absorption capacity of the polyester high-performance nonwoven fabric exceeds that of conventional nonwovens by a multiple; therefore Cora®Perform can absorb a much larger amount of solids. Filter cake formation and lower cycle times result in a high separation efficiency and extremely low fleece consumption. With Cora®Perform polyester high-performance fleeces from FTJ you bet on a durable product and produce less waste. This saves the environment and saves costs.

Cora®Jet is a water jet bonded polyester fleece. It is characterized by a very uniform fibre structure. The large material thickness also supports the deposition of the particles in the depth of the filter medium.
