Produced at the end of the season, it is the darkest of all maple syrups. Appreciated for its powerful and intense taste, it will enhance your desserts or food preparations. Ideal for cooking. The different grades are expressed in terms of light transmission. Grade C is between 27 and 43% light transmission.
