Our company has been involved for over 20 years in the development and production of silicone moulded parts, pressure protection items and inserts for podiatry, in orthopaedic wholesale and in the bandaging industry. We have specialised in the processing of very soft silicones from Shore A 0 to max. Shore A 20. To satisfy the high quality requirements, we rely on constant quality controls across all production stages. A documented quality management system according to the European standard for medical products DIN EN ISO 13485: 2016 thereby forms the solid foundation of our high quality standard. Due to the latest machinery, our own tool manufacturing and continuous further development, we are able to implement your individual wishes and requirements optimally and cost-effectively. Even small series can thus be implemented quickly and without complications. With Silinan®, a special silicone mixture, we are also able to equip products for podiatry with a function that prevents fungal growth.
