In the company Mega-Metal d. o. o. we have a team of highly skilled and experienced designers. With such associates we strive for fast development, use of new technologies and are aware with the latest trends in the industry. We use modern programs to achieve superior quality of the products.

We have started a new department for the production of aluminium and steel rotors in 2017. In the addition of axles and housing we now assemble, turn, grind and finally inspect the rotors for them.

We assemble welded parts for the electrical and machine building industry. We also assemble special products and prototypes of various sizes and complexity.

With a team of highly trained and certified welding technologists, technicians and welders we are welding according to TIG, MIG, MAG and REO procedures for the electrical and machine industry. We use 6 modern robotic CNC cells for the benefit of our clients.

We use our blast chamber and well-trained staff to sandblast our own welds and clients casts.

We provide our customers with the highest quality products. For that purpose alone, our team of grinders grinds and prepares the products for the next phase of work, which is inspection.

Associates in the Mega-Metal d. o. o. are very proud of our mechanical processing, which meets the strictest requirements of clients from electrical and mechanical industry. Our machine park consists of various CNC milling machines, including 5-axis machining arms, with which we can process work pieces of different dimensions and complexity. We handle both prototypes and serial pieces. Maximum dimensions of milled pieces: 3.500 x 3.500 x 12.000 mm, 20 t.

On larger and heavier work pieces we perform mechanical treatment with vertical CNC lathes - with carousels. We handle both prototypes and serial pieces. Maximum dimension (diameter x width x depth) fi 3.000 x 3.500 x 1.750 mm, 30 t.
