Self-leveling, flexible floor mortar for critical substrates. Can be used as an intermediate layer on cracked surfaces. Maleki-FS 440 is used wherever cracked substrates make processing with conventional levelling compounds impossible. The treated surfaces can then be further coated with Maleki floor levelling compounds, depending on the intended use. Shrinkage-free fast-setting mortar for construction. Hardens fast and with low tension. Can be mixed with quartz sand for higher layer thickness. Maleki-VM 530 is ideal for filling holes and cavities. Due to the rapid setting of the mortar, surfaces can be prepared quickly and cost-effectively for further coating work.
