Shrinkage-free fast-setting mortar for construction. Hardens fast and with low tension. Can be mixed with quartz sand for higher layer thickness. Maleki-VM 530 is ideal for filling holes and cavities. Due to the rapid setting of the mortar, surfaces can be prepared quickly and cost-effectively for further coating work. High performance and extreme acid resistant mortar for protection of mineral substrates in acid-proof installations and industrial areas. Extreme high chemical resistance at the range of pH 0 – 14 according to EN 12808. Maleki-TPC 200 sets new standards in the protection of mineral surfaces against high acid loads and extreme thermal stresses. Maleki-TPC 200 can withstand both concentrated acids and temperatures of up to 1350°C. Both existing and new concrete surfaces can thus be permanently protected.
