I'm Pamela Rose, a Wellness Life Coach based in Bristol who takes great pride in helping people improve their lives. Including overcoming anxiety, increasing self-esteem, changing careers and improving their overall health and wellbeing. I've built a particular reputation in health coaching - helping clients who've been diagnosed with ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) or Fibromyalgia. If you are tackling one of these conditions I can help you to improve the way you're currently coping, and ultimately move you towards an increased hope of full or partial recovery. Located in Bristol, I also have clients across the country who I talk to via tools such as Zoom or Skype. Free private parking is available on-site for face to face sessions.
