Due to the modular system, all attachments except for the three -point belts can be exchanged between the large and medium vibrating screeds. The MSB Medium has a maximum height of 35.5 cm thanks to the "Medium" three-point harness. The end pieces have been reduced in height but can be adapted with an attachment frame. The MSB Medium can be used up to lengths of 15 meters and more. In the case of short lengths, operation with a handle is possible. From approx. 4 - 4.5 meters we recommend using manual winches.

All standard angle lengths from 0.50m to 3.0m can be used. Thanks to the kit system, the MSB small can be shortened or lengthened at any time by unscrewing or screwing on. The working width of the planks is approx. 5m. By clamping or overpressing the element clamps, radii can be approximated polygonally. Special elements with a rolled radius are also possible. The low overall height and the low weight enable use in places that are difficult to access, such as tunnel cross passage floors, tunnel intermediate ceilings or tunnel shoulders. Another area of ​​application are bridge construction sites (cap concrete/steel composite).

Suitable for the conversion kit for shaft-driven vibrating screeds. Own vibrating beam system - must fit - compatible with almost all SVM, SVE, Vario and Variant systems. Following the modular philosophy, the aluminum A-points are screwed onto the carrier plate and then attached to the T-profiles. The patented electrified upper belt, also suitable for Mooser MSB planks, serves as a carrier system. Elements of 50cm, 75cm, 1m, 2m and 3m can be delivered. It is therefore also possible to configure a complete screed with end pieces, vibrators, winches, etc.

RuMoo MSB hump vibrating beam is a combination of MSB Large with crossbars on which different angles can be mounted. With spindle supports and collars, these planks are used to level the protective concrete on bridge and tunnel construction sites. However, the hump plank can be used as a straight plank in a very short time by changing the angles.

By assembling small MSB elements of 0.5m, 0.75m, 1.0m or 1.5 meters, it is possible to approach given radii - polygonally, both "positively" and "negatively". This is achieved by tightening or over-pressing the element clamps. Special elements with a rolled radius are also possible.

The MSB-SL is an infinitely adjustable vibrating screed that can be used from approx. 3m to approx. 5m and can be operated with a battery (24V) 230V and 400V. Both variants have a forward/reverse switch and speed control. Assembly is easy and can be done on site. The versions can be individually designed to meet your needs.
