Offering comprehensive protection for goods, thanks to their enclosed and sealed design; our wooden packing cases are a great option for exporting goods overseas or across the UK. Constructed with a timber base and frame, the sides are a strong sheet material, designed for durability, with the option of adding a protective lining. We can manufacture packing cases in any size you require, to meet the product’s needs and can supply them flat-packed (for you to assemble around the load) or fully assembled with a screwed lid (for you to load). Our cases can be stacked, to help maximise valuable shipping space. We can also manufacture packing crates, with slatted sides and a solid top and base. This design offers all-round physical protection for your goods, whilst leaving them visible to facilitate a simpler customs inspection, as there’s no need to repackage afterwards.

Our timber packaging solutions are designed to facilitate the simple, streamlined and professional transportation and relocation of your valuable goods and equipment. Our specially designed and custom-made timber packaging is available in the form of packing cases, wooden pallets and packing crates, that are all fully compliant with ISPM15 regulations and come complete with documentation to ease the import and export process. We provide an onsite packing service where we come to you and package items at your location, a great solution for large, heavy or awkwardly shaped items. We’ve provided this service for items such as antique musical instruments, heavy machinery from mines and have even packaged up entire factories, ahead of relocation overseas. Onsite packing is also a great solution if you’ve purchased an item at an auction or an antique shop and need to have the item packed and transported.

Whether you require wooden Euro pallets, timber packing cases or packing crates; we can design, manufacture and pack your valuable goods in durable and secure export packaging. Taking into account the dimensions, weight, nature of the goods and securing methods required, we create bespoke packaging and provide additional safety measures (such as silica desiccant and foil barrier bags) to ensure safety in transit. Compliant with ISPM15 standards, all our timber export packaging is correctly marked and comes with documentation to ease the import and export process. Our export packaging services are designed to provide our customers with cost effective and first-class packaging solutions that ensure your cargo arrives in perfect condition. When we design the timber export packaging, we take many factors into consideration. We account for the size and weight of the items to be transported, the length of the journey the items will be taking, the mode of transport the items will be transported by and whether the items are of a fragile nature. Once we’ve assessed the goods, we will determine the most suitable packaging for the job at hand and advise of any additional measures (i.e. barrier foil, silica desiccant, adding lifting points) recommended. Our team have a strong working relationship with several hauliers and shipping companies and can arrange for global shipping or UK transportation of your goods.

As with our packing cases and crates, we can build standard, specialist or advanced wooden pallets to any size to suit your needs and securely hold your goods. Whether you’re transporting small car parts, off-centre loads or 10m long flood defence barriers, we can manufacture the ideal pallets for your needs. Constructed from heat-treated timber, our wooden pallets are fully ISPM15 compliant and are correctly marked with documentation to ease the import and export procedure. We source our timber from sustainable sources, wherever possible. As our wooden pallets are made to meet your exact needs, we can produce them with two-way or four-way entry and solid or slatted tops, so you can configure the perfect configuration for your needs. We can also create pallets for you to use as stillages, with a frame added to support products such as glass or steel panels. Licensed euro pallets and round or winged timber pallets are also available, upon request.
