Traceable calibration of testing machines and instruments is essential for industrial quality control. Calibration certificates are a compelling proof of test equipment inspection for the standards DIN EN ISO 9000ff and DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025. The time intervals for the calibration will depend on the applicable standard, but should normally not exceed 12 months. Attention should also be paid to the rules for local changes or repairs. With TesTWinner® TesT has developed a system which enables the user to arrange nearly every imaginable test procedure freely and, most notably, very easy. By stringing together and by parameterizing, a limited number of preset macro instructions permits the designing of complex test procedures without requiring any programming knowledge. TesTWinner® possesses a library with approx. 300 programs acc. to national and international norms as well as customer-specific regulations. TesTWinner® is more than a mere machine control unit and offers furthermore many additional functions such as real-time-calculations and illustrations of derived values e.g. clamping, strain, adhesion factors, etc. Also, the generation of statistics, a report editor, the import of external signals, the communication with CAN / LIN bus systems and much more is possible. The software is compatible to all current Windows operating systems.

SoftTesT is an evaluation software for measurement data, obtained from the evaluation electronics 813 or dynamometers 323. By means of SoftTesT measuring values are transferred to the PC in the form of CSV files (compatible with Excel), for a further, simple analysis and graphic illustration. For data transfer to the PC an USB interface cable is necessary.

The TesTController 850 is able to process up to six measuring channels with a 24 bit resolution and further six channels with a 10 bit resolution. In addition, it can handle three measuring channels for incremental signals. For controlling of drives there are three regulations channels available, so that even complex combination drives are possible (e.g. force and torque control at the same time). The maximum control frequency is 1 kHz, the maximum measurement frequency is 50 kHz. This testing machine controller 850 may recognize sensors that are equipped with TEDS chips (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet acc.to IEEE 1451.4), read their properties and calibration data, and automatically calibrate them. Thus, these electronic units operate with dozens of different sensors, so that a complex recalibration is not required. All universal testing machines of the model series 106 - 114 are equipped with the TesTController 850.

The TesT electronic indicators of type 816 contain a process controlled electronic unit with most modern software. They can be combined with all TesT force sensors. The standard version of this device includes the usual functions in quality assurance: Peak value memory for tensile and compressive forces, selectable units: N, kg or lbs, On / Off switch. A list of options can be found below in the technical data. Basic settings, that had been stored once, even remain when the device has been switched off. After turning it on the device is immediately ready for usage again. This handy case with its ergonomic design is suitable for right and left handers. A fixed mounting in a testing fixture is also possible. Rechargeable batteries provide a smooth and mobile use for more than 10 hours. These robust devices are suitable for industrial applications and can be recharged overnight.

The mobile evaluation electronics TesT 813 meet all demands that precise measurement processes require. They have been designed for use with TesT force and torque transducers, but they are also suitable for other resistance-based transducers. The devices consist of a process-controlled electronic unit with advanced software under Windows CE. Various functions are adapted to the daily requirements of quality assurance. An integrated data logger allows f.e., saving peak values and/or curves in xls files. Basic settings, that had been stored once, even remain when the device has been switched off. Because of the high measurement frequency of up to 2 kHz the model can be used for static and dynamic measurements. Sensors that are equipped with TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet according to IEEE 1451.4) chips can be recognized and automatically calibrate. Thus, the units may operate with different sensors, so that a complex recalibration is not required.

The electronic handheld dynamometers model TesT 326 include a force transducer and a process-controlled electronic unit with advanced software. The standard version includes the most frequently used features in quality assurance: Peak Value Storage for Tensile and Compressive Forces, Choice of Unit: N, kg, lbs, On / off switch. Basic settings, that had been stored once, even remain when the device has been switched off. After turning it on the device is immediately ready for usage again. An integrated data logger with 4 MB, supplemented by an SD card with 2 GB storage space allows, f.e., saving peak values and/or curves in xls files. Online or after use the data can be transferred to a computer via an USB 2.0 port, for further processing / storage. Basic settings, that had been stored once, even remain when the device has been switched off. After switching it on the device is immediately ready for usage again. The handy case with its ergonomic design is suitable for right and left handers. A fixed mounting in a testing fixture is also possible.
