Application: Panel insert for thermocouple and RTD circuits. Specially designed to be used together with Hamitherm high temperature stainless steel panels. Mechanical design: • Thermosetting body with original thermocouple material pins and springloaded inserts. • Polarized pins. • Molded barriers prevent short circuit. • Polarity indication next to connection screws.

Application: Crimp-insert can be fitted in the entrance hole of the connector. Designed for soldering or crimping on mineral insulated metal sheathed cable or crimping on insulated wire. Construction: • Brass machined insert with 0,1 mm tolerance on the cable O.D. The adapter fits in all standard connectors.

Application: Grommet can be fitted in the entrance hole of the connector to prevent moisture and dirt from entering the connector. Has limited strain relief capabilities. Construction: • Silicone ring slit for easy mounting over the wire. Will compress on the wire when cover is fitted.

Use: Terminal rails enable the easy connection of thermocouples or resistance thermometer measurement circuits in junction boxes or on the rear side of devices. Mechanical design: • Core material of fibreglass-filled nylon • Insulators between the contacts prevent short-circuits. • Screw connections for easy installation. • Available in a wide range of thermo-pairings. • Dimensions suitable for the use of cable-shoes A-20.131-(…) and A-20.132-(…).

Use: The arrangement as series terminals allows a large number of connections with a low space requirement. Mechanical design: • Housing of Duroplast. • The design reliably prevents short-circuits. • The terminal width of 5 mm allows the maximum number of connections with the lowest possible space requirement. • Screw connections for easy and quick installation. • Installation parts set available as an accessory, including all additional parts required for rail installation. • Contact bridges of original thermocouple materials.

Use: Enables neat connection of thermocouple cables to devices or terminal rails. This is advisable particularly in the case of small conductor dimensions. Mechanical design: • Solid thermocouple material.

Use: Connector for thermocouple and RTD circuits. The solid connector pins guarantee reliable connection under even the most difficult conditions. The third contact for ground or continuous shield or for three wire RTD´s. Mechanical design: • Strong steel plate housing, coated with epoxy resin. • Anodised aluminium handle for easy disconnection of the plug connectors. • Available with contacts for 1 to 6 measurement circuits. • Corresponds with Standard Vertical Panel Type “PASV-(…)” and Sandard Multiple Jack Type “MJS-(…)”.
