The force to be measured must be introduced axially and perpendicularly to the entire surface of the inner and outer bands of the sensor in the opposite direction. Conversion of the acting force into an electrical output signal is performed by strain gages connected together in a full bridge circuit. To achieve optimal accuracy, the base of the sensor should rest on a smooth level surface, hardened to at least ≥ 58 HRC with sufficient dimensions. The base cover welded to the surface has a stabilizing effect on the sensor element. Lateral forces must be avoided anyway as they distort the measured results. Tension and bending relief for the sensor cable is to be carried out on the machine side. Sharpener SSG is suitable for gentle processing of all Durablade® involute blades with low material abrasion. Reduce your drum disposal costs of drums by compacting them down into discs. There are slots inside the machine chamber to hold the drum into place during compaction and spikes to punch the drum to drain out any residual oil into a collection tank. The high compaction radio of 5 to 1 gives businesses a massive space saving on there site and in some cases reduced disposal costs. The completely enclosed compaction chamber with safety switches installed on the loading door for safe operation of the machine. There are lifting points for a fork truck built into the base of the drum crusher for easy transport and installation.

The Compact Line includes spring-pressure single-disc brakes that can be mounted as complete units to the motor with very little assembly work. The compact design is of advantage when limited space complicates mounting. Electromagnetically-operated spring-applied brakes build up the braking torque when the current is switched off.
