The form for the manufacture of the I-beams consists of a set of elements and is intended for the manufacture of post stressed bridge reinforced concrete beams of the type I-beams for purlins in the length range from 12m to 42m. The form is universal and can be supplemented with additional boards, tables, frames (bases), which allow expanding the range of lengths of manufactured beams up to 42 m.

VARIMAX System is suitable to incase: Big-and small-sized walls; Foundations; Columns and pillars. Due to reinforced profiles used for manufacture of Varimax frame formwork panels both along edges and inside panel the high load-carrying capacity of the following elements is guaranteed: Frame panels 80 kN/m2; Versatile panels 80 kN/m2. Distinguishing the Varimax frame formwork from the products of other similar systems manufactures. The specially developed profile of elements is not only more load resistant in the process of concreting but also makes the replacement of formwork plywood at the end of its useful life substantially easier as compared with elements of other manufacturers. Flat sheets requiring no special cutouts for anchor holes are used.

The lightweight framed formwork Varieco by Variant is a complete system including accessories, which delivers perfect forming performance on construction sites without use of a crane. Sufficient load-bearing capacity and long service life of the Varieco system makes it an cost-effective solution. Sufficient load-bearing capacity: 60 kN/m² pressure of fresh concrete up to 3.00 m; 40 kN/m² pressure of fresh concrete up to 4.50 m; Can be vertically stacked up to 4.50 m with use of one joint; High quality film faced plywood with thickness of 15 mm. Film weight 240 g/m². The circular column formwork SK100 has been designed for forming columns with circular cross-section. To form curved stop-end or oval column, the SK100 system can be combined with Varimax and circular formwork Ringform. The system consists of two semicircular formwork halves, with standard diameters from 30 cm up to 130 in a 10 cm grid. The semicircular elements are fixed to each other by means of integrated connectors (no additional fixation elements are required). 3 heights of elements are available, 50 cm, 100 cm and 200 cm, which can be combined by means of vertical stacking to assemble any height required.
